Son disparu et impossible à récupérer

Nokia G21, acheté il n'y a pas 6 mois, sur Csmobiles.com, avec Android 11. Marchait bien jusqu'à une installation récente qui fait que plus de son nulle part, pas de sonnerie appels, etc... et ce, même après réinitialisation du smartphone. Ce qui m'avait plu, ce sont les mises à jour jusqu'à Android 13, faites très rapidement. Mais une autre arrivant quelques temps après Android 13, a tué totalement le téléphone au niveau du son. Et malgré x manips et coup d'oeil dans les paramètres, toujours rien. Nokia n'est pas très réactif pour ce problème apparemment, car à part parler de renvoyer le smartphone.... en Hongrie via DHL, d'après l'étiquette à imprimer, on ne voit pas de correction d'un bug éventuel pour l'instant, depuis plusieurs jours. Pour un smartphone neuf, c'est ennuyeux tout de même, même si encore sous garantie. Déception totale, alors que le son était très bon, très clair lors des appels même avec le haut-parleur activé .... quand il y en avait. Complètement muet, maintenant. C'est honteux, minable.

Pessima esperienza

Pessima esperienza, sicuramente non acquisterò dispositivi nokia in futuro. Ho mandato il mio Nokia 8.3 5G in assistenza perché non funzionava più la ricarica (c'era un corto circuito nel circuito di ricarica, subito dopo la porta usb) ed era ancora in assistenza. Senza contare il fatto che ho aspettato più di una settimana per la riparazione e che cancellano tutti i dati presenti sullo smartphone anche se non ci sono problemi di software, quando mi è stato mandato indietro lo smartphone era stata riparata la ricarica, ma hanno danneggiato la messa a fuoco della fotocamera. Inoltre ero impossibilitato a fare il backup dei dati perché il telefono si era scaricato completamente. Quindi, in conclusione, adesso mi ritrovo con uno smartphone senza l'utilizzo della fotocamera. Unico punto positivo è la spedizione con DHL molto veloce.

DO NOT subscribe to their circular service. I subscribed to the circular service they offer which is basically a device lease service. For £20 a month I got a Nokia XR20 great....I should have done my homework as the phone to buy is only £279 so I realised it wasn't worth it. Tried to cancel the sub on 7th Jan 23 the cancellation is still ongoing and they are still trying to charge me. DHL never turned up to collect the phone so I ended up driving 30 miles to east midlands airport to drop it off myself at the DHL servicepoint. The phone has now magically gone missing and Nokia are threatening to refer my case to a debt collection agency if I don't continue making payments on a device I don't even own anymore. To make matters worse I purchased a Nokia G22 outright and it's constantly restarting itself and hangs all the time. A shame as my T20 tablet has been faultless. I won't be using them in the future.

Mit Abstand der schlechteste…

Mit Abstand der schlechteste Handyhersteller den es gibt. Updates werden versprochen aber nie gehalten. Der Reparaturservice ist die vollverarsche. Mit fehlen die Worte! Nokia 7plus, Nokia 7.2 und Nokia 7.1 , schlechter geht's nicht mehr. Niemals werde ich hier wieder ein Handy kaufen !

Nokia XR20 and its customer care

I purchased the Nokia XR20 with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience with Nokia Mobile Care has been extremely disappointing. The recurring issue of my phone not charging led me to contact their customer service multiple times. Each time, I was provided with temporary fixes that only worked for a short period.

After sending my phone for repair, I have been waiting for over four weeks without any progress. The lack of transparency and inconsistent information from the customer service representatives have only added to my frustration. The promised 10-day repair turnaround mentioned in their terms and conditions has not been upheld.

I am now left without my phone for an extended period, while the technicians await the necessary parts for repair. Given the ongoing issues and the considerable delay, I believe a replacement should be offered as a resolution. This phone was advertised as "indestructible," yet it has required extensive repairs within a few months of purchase.

I urge Nokia Mobile Care to take immediate action to address this situation and provide a satisfactory resolution. The current level of customer service and repair delays are unacceptable, and I hope Nokia can rectify this and restore my faith in their brand.

Terrible phone G60 5G

Took out contract for phone. Within 3 months could not use it. No power, unable to repair so had new one. Driving through mountains no signal which is understandable but once out of mountains in open country side still no signal. Had to find Vodafone shop to sort it out. 40 mile detour and 3 hours wasted. Now screen gone black on new phone. Now back to Vodafone yet again to get it sorted. Only gave it 1, can't give it 0.

Reparaturauftrag muss für ein nicht mal ein Jahr altes Gerät online beauftragt werden, ein Versandaufkleber soll dann per Email automatisiert zugestellt werden, damit man das Gerät einsenden kann
Das passiert auch nach 3 Tagen und 3 maliger Kontaktaufnahme per Chat mit den Kundenbetreuern nicht.
Keiner kann helfen, Anliegen wird weitergeleitet.
Erstellen eines neuen Reparaturauftrages nicht möglich da das System erkennt das bereits ein Auftrag existiert.
Alles in allem NIE wieder Nokia.
Kundenservice sieht anders aus.
Wäre die Qualtität des Gerätes gut, bräuchte man keinen Service, aber beides ist unterirdisch.

Nokia 60g 5g Dont buy Nokia

Can't contact anyone at Nokia . Phone needs to go to Seller which they will send on and you may get it in 2 weeks. Phone goes Dark and needs to be rebooted each time to restart . Crazy when they are trying to make a comeback get back in market there product and service is to be questioned. Dont waste your money on this

Awful phone, worse customer service

Phone stopped working after only a month. Contacted customer care who informed I'd have to send back myself, then wait 15 days after receipt for repair. also told if I take to have repaired myself warranty would be void. 2 hours spent being told I can't speak to anyone more senior. Told no process for arranging a refund despite faulty product. Finally told matter will be raised as a complaint and escalated. Despite making very clear issue was time sensitive and chasing issue with follow up email no contact in 8 days. Quality of phone very poor as couldn't even turn on, no option to return/replace and incredibly poor customer service.

I am unhappy with Nokia

I am a fan of Nokia but I had an issue with my Nokia 5.3 smart phone which I purchased from TVSN Australia
I recently bought a Nokia G30 and decided to reset my Nokia 5.3 to give to my 12 years old daughter but while resetting it couldn't reboot so I send it to Road Hound in NSW Australia to see if it was still Under warranty but to my surprise I was told to pay $215 to get it fix. I AM VERY DISGUSTED WITH NOKIA AND I WILL NEVER EVER USE NOKIA PHONES AGAIN AND I WILL TELL ALL MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND AFRICAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS NOT TO BUY NOKIA PHONES

Rude and unhelpful customer service

I bought a nokia for the first time last month (G22) and found that the call sound was tinny and my microphone was crackly. When trying to organise the return procedure the customer service team both online and over the phone were extremely rude and unhelpful. I repeatedly tried to organise a return with them and the courier would never turn up to collect the phone for return. I asked the nokia customer service team (both online and over the phone) what would happen if the courier still didn't turn up outside the 30 day refund window, and I was told I wouldn't be able to get a refund, even though the error was with the courier they were using.

Horrible brand, never rely on Nokia

Horrible brand. Never rely on Nokia. I purchased their infamous Nokia Beacon 1 WiFi Mesh routers (A pack of 3), and they suddenly stopped working after a while. I tied all the possible troubleshooting, including resetting the beacons. I tried contacting their support multiple times. They are rude, keep asking for information I already provided and never help.

absolut unseriös !!!

Ich hatte erstmals ein Handy direkt bei Nokia bestellt. Gleich bei der ersten Bestellung gab und gibt es große Probleme. Nachdem ich eine Bestellbestätigung per Email erhielt, wartete ich tagelang vergeblich auf eine Versandinfo. In meinem Kundenkonto bei Nokia war die Bestellung plötzlich ganz verschwunden. Man kann Nokia nicht direkt per Email oder Telefon kontaktieren. Über den Chat bekommt man keine Hilfe und zugesagte Nachricht per Email bekomme ich auch nicht.

Ich hatte im Chat mitgeteilt, dass ich den Kauf widerrufen und das Handy zurück senden möchte. Die Antwort war, dass die Fachabteilung sich diesbezüglich bei mir melden wird. Kommt aber nichts ! Eine Email-Adresse wohin man den Widerruf senden kann, gibt es nicht, eine Postadresse oder Faxnummer auch nicht. Versand wurde das Handy aus den Niederlanden, also mit einem niederländischen Absender.

Es steht nirgends in den AGB, dass der Käufer die Kosten der Rücksendung zu zahlen hat. Im Chat sagte man mir ich müsse es zahlen ! Das kostet mich immerhin €12,90 ! Das EU-Recht sagt aber aus, dass der Verkäufer die Rücksendekosten zahlen muss, wenn der Käufer nicht vor oder beim Kauf darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass der Käufer es zahlen muss. Auch die Kosten der Zusendung an den Kunden muss der Händler laut EU-Recht erstatten.

Da ich nun schon tagelang vergeblich auf eine Antwort warte, werde ich die Firma Nokia in Finnland anzeigen und Beschwerde bei der zuständigen EU-Behörde einreichen !

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Bought a Nokia 3310 last October from HMD Global.
In February this year it stopped working. I got in touch with Nokia Mobile Care who replied to my email after a few days telling me to reset the phone etc which I did.
It seemed okay for a day or two then stopped working again. I got in touch again and they asked me if I wanted a new phone or a refund. I stupidly said a new phone as I liked the phone. They emailed me on 9 March saying the phone was out of stock but I would receive it the following week. I have emailed them 4 times since then and they haven't even replied to any of my emails!
I did a live chat today with someone called Lucia who was no help at all and actually cut me off before I had finished typing my reply!!
Terrible customer service! Never buy from this company!!

Nokia 5.3 bricked like many others!

Nokia 5.3 bricked like thousands of others but apparently they Nokia are ignoring this issue which is astonishing if true! Like others I am unsure what to do until we get a solution from Just received a reply from Nokia and luckily my phone is under warranty so I have to post it to Hungary so hopefully I will get it sorted 😊
