No Notification On Possibility of Late Pay

I have a lease account. I recently set up auto pay. Somehow I missed a payment when I set it up. I now have a 30 day late on my credit and never received any call, email, nothing to let me know. That's pretty bad customer service. I'll take my responsibililty in not looking close enough but no call or anything from Porsche is pretty sad.

5 years old & needs a new engine "get rid on we buy any car!"

5 years old. 58,000 miles. Full Porsche service history. New engine required.

Our Cayenne — maintained properly, serviced on time, every stamp in the book — has been told it needs a complete engine replacement. The quote? £30,000. That's effectively the market value of the car.

Porsche's Bournemouth mechanics and their own staff acknowledged this is not wear and tear. Yet Porsche UK's response was to offer 50% contribution — and to have one of their own staff suggest I "get rid on We Buy Any Car." I refused. I wasn't prepared to knowingly pass a faulty car to an unsuspecting buyer.

This is not my first experience of a serious Porsche failure. My previous Cayenne suffered a £9,000 technical fault. I stayed loyal. I shouldn't have.

❌ The car has been sitting at Porsche since February with no proactive communication.
❌ Porsche have failed to honour their legal obligation under a Subject Access Request — the statutory one-month deadline has passed with no response.
❌ Legal proceedings are now underway.

If you are considering purchasing a Porsche, please factor in what happens when things go wrong. Based on my experience — twice over — the answer is: very little.

I am sharing this publicly because I believe consumers deserve to know.

Terrible support from Porsche central for engine failure

Terrible support and customer service from Porsche central. I had engine failure on 6 year old macan with 45,000 miles. Porsche wanted £36k for the engine and offered £4,500 towards it giving me a £31,500 bill. They made the rubbish 3 litre petrol engine that has bore scoring and have taken no responsibility for it. I will never buy another one.

Porsche Approved? meglio di no.

Servizio di assistenza su auto coperte da Porsche Approved totalmente randomico e opaco. tutto è coperto da una certificazione che al primo problema non copre nulla. Documentazione spesso assente e difficoltà a reperire i report diagnostici della vettura per garantirne il reale utilizzo del mezzo. Ma i tedeschi non dicono nulla?

Warte seit gestern

Warte seit gestern, dass jemand kommt und mein Fahrzeug abschleppt. 5 Mitarbeiter von der Porsche Assistance haben es nicht geschafft, mein Fahrzeug abzuschleppen und mir ein Mietwagen vorbeizubringen, warte inzwischen seit über 15 Stunden. Hätte ich lieber bei der Adac versucht, wäre das einfacher.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I had a problem charging my car - the car, octopus and charger app all trying to take control of charging resulting in the car not charging at all. I emailed all 3 (Porsche, Octopus, Anderson) on the same email and only heard back from Anderson who have been excellent and helped me to solve my problem.

The Porsche’s was creating random schedules far in the future that prevents the car from charging when you need.

Thank you for getting in touch and helping me with my problem - not! Will be switching for sure.

Premium? Fehlanzeige – Porsche muss dringend seine Qualitätsstandards und Kundenbetreuung überdenken.

Ein Stern ist noch geschmeichelt: als langjähriger und loyaler Porsche-Kunde habe ich im Juli 2025 einen neuen Porsche Macan Electric (Macan 4) erworben – mit hohen Erwartungen an Premiumqualität und Service. Die Realität ist ernüchternd und die Reaktionen der Geschäftsführung des Porsche Zentrums München auf meine Unzufriedenheit sind respektlos und erschreckend:
1. Irreführende Werbung: Das Fahrzeug wurde mit einer beworbenen Reichweite von 599 km angepriesen. Im Alltag wird dies nicht mal annähernd erreicht (bis zu 70 % weniger Leistung). Kleine, kaum wahrnehmbare WLTP-Hinweise im Kleingedruckten ändern nichts daran – eine klare Täuschung über die Alltagstauglichkeit.
2. Faktische Unbrauchbarkeit: ein individuell aufgespieltes Softwareupdate „sollte“ Besserungen bringen. Ergebnis: eher Verschlechterung und der Serienzustand ist verloren. Das Fahrzeug ist faktisch ein Testfahrzeug für Porsche und weder marktfähig noch verlässlich nutzbar.
3. Serviceblockade: Sämtliche Porsche-Zentren verweisen auf einen angeblichen Rechtsstreit mit mir, was bislang unwahr ist. Direkter Kundenservice ist für mich ausgeschlossen, Kommunikation erfolgt ausschließlich über Anwälte. Der Geschäftsführer des Porsche Zentrums München war seit Monaten informiert, unternahm jedoch keine eigenverantwortlichen Maßnahmen. Er rät mir, ein Auto eines anderen Herstellers zu kaufen, wenn ich unzufrieden bin.
4. Wertverlust & Rufschädigung: Das Auto ist wirtschaftlich entwertet, und die Einträge in der Kundenakte führten zu abweisendem Verhalten anderer Porsche-Zentren ohne Informationen zu meinem Auto. Der Premiumanspruch ist verletzt, und die Rückabwicklung des Kaufvertrages ist unvermeidbar und eingeleitet.
5. Herstellerverantwortung verweigert: Porsche Deutschland schiebt die Verantwortung auf Händlerverträge und lehnt jede Herstellerpflicht ab – obwohl ein serienmäßiges Fahrzeug durch Hersteller und Niederlassung jederzeit sachgerecht betreut werden muss.
Fazit: Dieses Vorgehen widerspricht allem, wofür Porsche steht. Ich kann den Macan 4 Electric unter diesen Umständen weder als Fahrzeug und besonders nicht als Service-Erfahrung empfehlen. Premiumstatus Fehlanzeige!

Would have expected better

My review is not about a service it’s design fault I am very disappointed with.I bought a Macan electric loved the car until one day.When I tried to open the flap to insert the charging cable.The flap would not open so I rang the dealer who I bought the car from expecting to be told how to override the electric security.No override had to get touch with Porsche assistance.So I am left feeling very vulnerable to this happening again when I could be anywhere in the country.One would expect better from a brand such as Porsche.

Dreadful service from Porsche Centre…

Dreadful service from Porsche Centre Hatfield and Porsche Cars.
My Taycan that is now eighteen months old has had a serious problem with the satnav and charging programme since August 2025.
The problem occurred after Hatfield carried out a software upgrade following a recall.
They have tried to rectify the issue without success.
The car can be charged at home, but long journeys are impossible.
Both Porsche Customer Care and Porsche Hatfield continue to give excuses but are unable to resolve the issue.
They are also unwilling to provide a loan car.
Unfortunately, the route is now legal action.
Not the service you would expect from a premium brand.
My friends that are drivers of BMW and Mercedes cannot believe how bad the Porsche service and customer care is.
If you are considering a Porsche which is already an expensive brand i would advise that you factor in the costs of the following.
1, A spare car to use.
2, Solicitors fees.
3, Possible court costs.
4, the lost time and distress.

You spend over a 100k on a new car which is currently being built then you receive some bullshit email saying the German factory are experiencing supply issues with adaptive air suspension so we can only provide steel spring suspension with PASM. Yet another company which is a complete joke and should sack the higher management and start again, Complete disagree...Shame on you

Als Porsche eigenaar ben ik zeer…

Als Porsche eigenaar ben ik zeer ontevreden over de communicatie met de onthaaldienst aan de telefoon van Porsche Center Oost Vlaanderen. Je wordt van het kastje naar de muur verstuurd. Mijn vraag om mij terug te bellen aangaande een onderhoud hebben ze niet gedaan. Zelfdan nog een poging gedaan en als antwoord gekregen dat ze het veel te druk hebben gehad om mij zelf te contacteren.
Dit vind ik dus zeer arrogant vanwege de onthaalsdienst. Ik vraag mij terzijde af hoeveel van die onthalers zelf met een Porsche rijden en waar ze het lef vandaan halen om de klanten van een merk dat het momenteel zeer slecht doet, zo te bejegenen.
En je moet verdraaid goed oppassen hoe je je vragen formuleert want je hoort direct dat men er aan de andere kant niet kan mee lachen.
Dus voor mij een zeer slechte kwotatie Porsche onwaardig. Zal bijgevolg uitzien naar een andere dealer voor de toekomst.

Nous tenions tout particulièrement à saluer le professionnalisme dont ont fait preuve l’ensemble de des équipes. Que ce soit Jean-Louis, Corinne, Ivan , de l’atelier ou plus largement de toutes les personnes avec lesquelles nous avons eu le plaisir d’échanger, la qualité de l’accueil, la disponibilité et l’attention portée à nos besoins ont été remarquables.

Porsche assist is Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time. Uninterested staff verging on unfit for purpose. When my Porsche broke down they sent the ‘wrong recovery vehicle’ and loading the car onto this could result in damage to the under carriage. They asked if they could proceed. When I declined they informed me the correct recovery vehicle would take between 3 to 4 hours and could they leave the keys in the car unattended.
Complete joke - farcical and simply rubbish customer service. Porsche Portsmouth short staffed and undergoing a refurb so Cannot give a time scale for when I can expect the vehicle back. Feel ripped off by the service and standards. What a let down!

PORSCHE FIRENZE CHE DELUSIONE !!

Cliente Porsche da decenni, ho portato la mia gt3 a sostituire la batteria, ogni settimana ricevevo notizie negative, alla 3'settimana comunico che avrei ripreso la vettura per portarla da altra concessionaria ... magicamente il giorno successivo era tutto ok.. mah...
Al ritiro attendo quasi 2 ore perchè non vedevano il pagamento sul conto (2235,00euro) gli ho mostrato la ricevuta sul cellulare, ma non mi consegnavano le chiavi!!! Una parola di scusa avrebbe risolto tutto.
Forse pensano che il mercato abbia bisogno di loro, col tempo capiranno che non è così.
inutile dire che non metterò mai più piede dentro il CENTRO PORSCHE FIRENZE, e spero che questa mail serva a evitare guai ad altri.

Porsche Wolverhampton - ongoing shocking after sales service standards

Porsche Wolverhampton - the worst 3 years of my life owning a car. After sales service remains shocking, no one contacts you about feedback when you’re asked for it so nothing improves. Trying to book a car in for a repair takes endless back and forth calls as there appears to be just one person able to book the appointment. Ridiculous. Cant wait for the car to finish the lease and I’ll spend my money with a different brand that cares. I think the overall rating here is reflective of the brands care for its clients - for the premium price the only thing good is the cars performance…. The service standards are at the opposite end of the experience - buyers beware!
