I have bought Nokia G22. I advise against it!

There is still no update to Android 13.

After one month (in reality two weeks of use) my phone died. The service was long and they have constantly lied to me about the status. I waited for two months!

So we are nearly at the end of 2023 and still no android 13 update for the Nokia g22, Nokia support are useless, the phone has numerous bugs and is incredibly sluggish , Microsoft should never have sold Nokia to HMD global.

I bought a Nokia G60 5G, and was impressed, to begin with...
1st System update and the phone crashed and needed a complete system reset and full update, I was on holiday camping at the time and it cost me a day as I needed the booking information on my phone, a few months later 2nd system update and the phone locked up again, this time I couldn't even system reset it and needed Nokia to fix the issue. Due to incompetent customer service, they were trying to collect the phone from a different address than was organised, it took months to get it sorted away for repair and finally returned,
allas when I finally got it back it was damaged, now Nokia is blanking me and will not deal with this issue!
I loved my Nokia's back in the day, but their customer service and aftercare is now atrocious and phone quality is suspect. I will not be getting another Nokia and would suggest you Buy elsewhere!!

Unreliable phones and a service centre that promises all, but delivers zero.
Nokia has become a joke.
I've been trying for over a week now to send my broken phone back for its third time, but I can't even do that as the website doesn't work and online chat just say wait another day

These reviews are not lying. HMD Global is one of the worst companies in the world and they have essentially destroyed a once excellent phone manufacturers reputation. I now associate Nokia with terrible, broken, and inept. You can thank HMD Global for it all! The TWO worst issues are buggy software updates and customer service that doesn't provide meaningful solutions to issues derived from owning a present day 'NOKIA' device.

Was ist nur aus Nokia geworden??!! Sie produzierten einmal 1A Handys z.b. das 735. Oled-Display, Wireless Charging, austauschbarer Akku, langlebig wertig, günstig und gut. Nein sehr gut!!! Leider machte damals auch der Microsoft-Rückzieher alles kaputt, was wirklich erstklassig war. Viele Benutzer schwärmen noch heute von den Nokia Windows Phones, die der Konkurrenz in Technik und Qualität einheizten.
Und was ist heute?
Mein High-End Modell, das Nokia 9 Pureview war das einzig verbliebene mit Oled, Wireless-Charging usw. Hochpreisig und ein Qualitätsversprechen dazu
- na gut gekauft. Es sollte dafür viele Jahre halten.
Und so sieht die Realität aus:
Updates? Nur 1 Jahr statt versprochenen 3 Jahren. Kamera funktionierte mit jedem Update schlechter, dann nicht mehr mit Android 11. Ein XR20 wurde als Entschädigung zum halben Preis angeboten - leider kam auf meine Teilnahme NIE EINE ANTWORT VON NOKIA!!
2 Jahre später: Das Nokia 9 Pureview ist defekt. Satte 650Eur sinnlos investiert.
Im aktuellen Sortiment von Nokia findet sich KEIN EINZIGES Handy, was auch nur annähernd ähnliche Ausstattungsmerkmale hat(!)
Das ist gelebter, purer RÜCKSCHRITT, werte HMD Global Manager!!!
Stattdessen liest man überall Nachhaltigkeit, Nachhaltigkeit, Nachhaltigkeit...:
Leider sollten viele Marketingleute noch einmal zur Grundschule, um den Begriff Nachhaltigkeit überhaupt erst einmal einordnen zu können.
Nachhaltig ist, wenn man ein Gerät lange benutzen kann, zb. durch austauschbare Akkus!!! Der Clou: Das gab es alles bereits! Nun gibt es Schlaumeier, die sagen, es gehen dadurch zu viele Akkus nach Afrika. Die frage ich: ist es etwa besser, wenn stattdessen ganze Handys nach Afrika gehen?! Das ist ein ganz anderes Problem.

Nun gut, ein letzter Versuch mit Nokia?:
Ich "verzichte zugunsten der Nachhaltigkeit..." auf viele Features und bestelle mir das Nokia G42 5G.
Kein Wireless Charging.
Auflösung des Displays ist viel schlechter - nix mehr mit Oled - Moment: Auf der Webseite steht beim G42 5G wortwörtlich:
"Bewundere sie auf dem 6,43-Zoll-FHD+-AMOLED-PureDisplay, das mit einer Bildwiederholfrequenz von 90 Hz für flüssiges Scrollen sorgt."
Also doch Oled Display?
Nein! Ein absoluter Freak hat den Satz vom X30 kopiert. Wahrscheinlich interessiert sich das Unternehmen HMD Global überhaupt nicht mehr für seine eigenen Produkte. Grammatisch und inhaltlich falsche Sätze in der Produktbeschreibung. Peinlich!!
Mein Fazit:
Meine Bestellung des G42 geht ungeöffnet zurück!
Solange die Firma HMD Global und nicht Nokia selbst Handys vertreibt, werde ich niemals mehr ein Handy dieser Marke kaufen. Und solange die Firmenphilosophie nur darin besteht, Gewinne zu machen, die eigenen Produkte sich OBJEKTIV verschlechtern...
...können sie ihr Zeug BEHALTEN!

I was habitual to use Nokia different phone s and I always found it up to the mark it's set quality battery backup and hardware are good I wish I will use this set again

Device didn’t support Russian language (supported languages are not published) and Nokia essentially said tough luck.

Worst phone company in the world there is no contact number available to have your phone fixed or repaired this company is an absolute joke getting you to pay for a phone you can not use because there is no way of getting it repaired

Bought a Nokia X30 eco friendly phone, did not work on opening, terrible customer service will not offer a refund or replacement, want me to send the phone on a very non eco friendly round trip of over 2400 miles to Romania for them to fix it. The company says they are eco friendly, they definitely are not with things like this. £400 worth of phone, that does not work and that I have to send away for weeks to Romania. The worst company and customer service I have ever had! They ignore uk law like the Consumer Credit Act 2015 and don't seem helpful at all,

Had new phone for 10 days then stopped charging. Sent back with provided label and 2 weeks later I have no replacement. There is no contact number only chat bots. As soon as you demand a refund it gets passed on to another bot. I have screenshots of every change and I will be getting my money back plus more for their disgusting service. AVOID

Nokia G11 lasted 3 months before a hardware fault to do with volume. Customer service useless.

I bought a Nokia G60 5G in May 2023, after an automatic update it now no longer works. In other words they broke it with a faulty update. The only solution on offer is to send it back for repair which takes up to 2 weeks. My phone is my only means of contact so I can't be without it for 2 weeks. I will have to buy a replacement so I requested a refund on this faulty 5 month old phone. Apparently not possible - the "remorse" period is one month. They were not able to email a copy of our conversation (including detailed return instructions) because their system does not "allow" it. My only remorse is buying from them in the first place - shockingly poor service.

They took so long I lost an offer they had for a xr20.
I would avoid this company, their support never gets backto you in time.

Nokia will not honor refund if you purchase directly from Nokia url nokia dot com forward slash phones forward slash en_us. Nokia states 14 day return but when I tried 6 days after purchase Nokia rerfuses stating their interface between USPS and Nokia is broken and they don't know when it will be fixed. I filed for RMA 02 Sept 2023 and it is now 20 Sept 2023 and all they do is give a "fake" excuse in email from support-at-nokiaphones-com and that base url doesn't even exist--it is invalid. This issue has gone beyond the 14 day return period because of the Nokia HMD imposed delay so I don't know if they will ever honor the RMA. Bogus--all of it--it just has to be. Who is the Goo guy who bought the this Nokia thing from Microsoft? Is Nokia HMD in financial trouble to the point that it has to renege on all of its promises in order to stay afloat? This is scary. I'm lucky. I only bought a $80 flip phone. I'll never see that $80 again it seems. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. It's the only recourse I have. But, I am grateful that I discovered what Nokia has become because I'm shopping now for a new $1500+ "smart phone." The $80 Nokia stole from me has been an "education" that steers me away from any consideration for buying any Nokia product. Thank you, goo guy. You thought you were putting one over on me but instead you protected me from the remainder of your abusive tactics. Good luck to all.

I bought a Nokia 105 4G, but the instruction leaflet was TOTALLY USELESS. It did not explain how to get the mobile to work with any detail at all. For instance it said "Press the Menu button" - but did not state out of the 17 buttons which was the menu one !!
TOTALLY USELESS SO I CANNOT WORK THE MOBILE !

I don't want to give 1star for the product & customer care support. One of my worst experience. I thought Nokia brand name previous experience i bought one feature phone Nokia150 for my grandma within 3 months it's dead not worked and also when I try to charge it get heat. I don't know what to do I have raised query in Nokia support they send me mail within 2 days also asked me to share basic details through mail. I also shared those details. Again they asked my to share videoclip of the phone not working also that video should be clear and one more thing the size of videoclip should be veryless size they told like within12mb. I also shared those within they said limitations. But again he asked me to share the videoclip for 4 to 5times I share those. They asked to hold for 5to7 working days. But no mail came from Nokia customer support. I again asked for update. They told like logistic person will come and pickup phone from me. But none of them came it almost goes for 1month no one came I keep on followup on mail. Finally they arrange pickup after 1month. Returnguy pickup phone from me. after that now proper response from Nokia team. I'm keep on followup on mail & calls they asked me to wait for 4 to 7 working days. Still now no response. Return guy pickup phone from me more than 2 weeks. I don't know what to do withthis totally money waste time waste. So don't buy Nokia products. If any fault occurs they won't give proper support. Very very bad experience...

Nokia phones have been bought by HMD Global (in 2016 I think). Nokia Corporation have nothing to do with Nokia Mobiles any more. This may be why the phones are so crap and the customer service is terrible. HMD Global don't know about UK consumer law and the right to reject endless repair attempts instead of a replacement, or refund option. I am taking them to the small claims court. Terrible company.

Nokia c'est fini. Je n'ai jamais été content de mon X21, au niveau de la couleur déjà - photo entre la réalité et sur leur site différente, un rose horrible...
Après deux ans je rencontre déjà des problèmes au niveau de la charge.
Rien que pour rester européen j'en aurais bien racheté un nouveau. Mais on ne le retrouve plus dans aucune grande enseigne, du moins pas en exposition. Grandeur et décadence...
