Needed a fridge as my old one died. On the products ordering screen it clearly said “In Stock - delivery next day if ordered before 2.30pm”. DO NOT believe this! It even stated on my invoice that it was 24 hour delivery.

Asked for a refund after 2 days as the item was still being ‘processed’ to be told there would be a 5% cancellation fee, what a scam!

Ordered another Fridge from a more reliable company that I should have ordered with in the first place. You live and learn I guess.

The website is easy to use. We have used them a few times now and will use again.

1 week delivery still waiting certainly not next day, still not arrived .

Waste of time customer service online help not interested just say to email , email dont call as requested and ignore emails, no answers to questions.

Ordering one thing. Sent a different brand. Cannot contact to return. Can’t call, can’t chat and don’t reply to emails. No customer service. This current trend of business ditching phone lines / chat and don’t return emails then use AI is simply not good enough.

Disappointing After-Sales Support

I purchased a kebab machine from Next Day Catering and soon experienced a fault where the motor repeatedly stopped and started during operation.

To assist with diagnosing the issue, I sent video evidence clearly showing the motor cutting in and out while rotating. After reviewing the footage, Sam's response was that the issue "may be due to the meat not being placed in the centre."

As someone who has worked with these machines, I found this explanation difficult to accept. The fault shown in the video is the motor itself stopping and starting, and the doner meat we use is supplied pre-made, meaning balance variations are a normal part of operation and should not cause a commercial machine's motor to repeatedly cut in and out.

Rather than receiving a proper technical assessment of the fault, I felt that the concern was dismissed without a meaningful investigation. When customers provide clear video evidence of a problem, they should expect the issue to be reviewed by the appropriate technical team and addressed accordingly.

I am therefore calling on Next Day Catering to properly investigate this fault, provide a technical explanation supported by evidence, and offer an appropriate resolution without further delay. A genuine fault report should be taken seriously, particularly when supporting evidence has been supplied.

At present, I remain disappointed with the level of after-sales support and am still awaiting a satisfactory resolution.

Never got our delivery or refund! This is an illegal company and im shocked it’s allowed to trade. I have lost £4000.00 this is no joke

I ordered online 7 working days it took to arrived despite saying 1 to 4 days communication very frustrating on line chat they don't answer emails days to respond if they do .you cannot phone wouldn't use again

I placed an order 26/06/2026 and have still not received the order.

I have emailed directly to customer service, I have used their contact form, I have used their chat bot and tried to call. Currently as I write this review I have yet to receive any communication to advise when the item will be delivered.

I have again emailed and used their contact form and advised if I do not get a response I may need to take legal action. I will also contact my bank.

I have looked them up on companies house and done a map search to check their legitimacy.

Please do not order from this company. Avoid at all costs. Do not spend your hard earned money with them.
