We placed our bungalow on the market with Newton Fallowell, Mansfield. From the start Jordan and his staff have been both professional and friendly.
Tracy has kept us regularly updated and has been there to answer any queries.

We would like to thank them for all their support and would highly recommend them!

Was booked in to view a house at 1745, drove 80 miles from West Yorkshire to Grantham and arrived bang on 1745, location of house was difficult to park without blocking in so parked just around the corner, walked to the house only for the owner who was sat outside in her car, to tell me the estate agent was inside showing someone else around. As it was raining I told her I’d wait in my car for them to be done, I even texted the estate agent to tell him to let me know when it was ok to come view. I received nothing, so at 1805 I went back to the house, rang the bell to be told by the same lady owner that the estate agent had left and she had even told him I was there waiting. I rang him and his phone was off. So no viewing and a further 80 miles home. Unprofessional and very rude to waste my time like this. It’s fair to say I am far from happy and the seller of the house was unhappy also. I await the phone call and apology of this person that I am owed.

Called the following morning to be told Gavin would call me back, he called me back and then told me he was at the property with the agent and was sat in the car, and the agent got into the car and informed him the 1745 was a no-show. So basically i described the scene to Gavin when i arrived, we both know the truth here, yet he said he was going to speak to the seller and agent. no apology, no further response, and basically a dishonest lying estate agent who said the 1745 was a no-show when the seller had told him i had arrived and was waiting in my car. And for anyone who might think there is a mistake, this is two people in 2021 who are looking to sell something and neither bothered to call my mobile to see where i was. thats the level of interest estate agents have at the moment.

Happy to take money from you but its a real struggle to get your BOND back!!
I have called 6 times now after leaving the rented property over a month ago, all I get when I call is "Yes I'll look into it and call you back" I haven't received a call back yet.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

All they have ever done is pester us to keep dropping our asking price. I'm going to use Purple Bricks and save myself £5k. NewtonFallowell are useless, rude and incompetent. DO NOT USE

This is the whorst agency ever. People stay away from them. They take my money and no answer why!!! Choose another one. Please be careful because this one is 💩 craps!!!!!

Awful communication and customer service! Tried booking a viewing! Staff member was rude and Took over 15 minutes to ‘wait for the her to finish her previous task!’ Finally was able to get our viewing confirmed.. less than 3 hours before viewing - was cancelled due to the amount of interest!
Awful from the start!

I wanted to view a property but initially was told they had too many viewings so I could not see it . Then Carolyn tried to qualify my financial position, I queried why as she had just told me I could not view the property, she was able to make an appointment for the next day .she then insisted that I email her a copy of my AIB In order to confirm the booking. The whole conversation stank of sharp practice so I refused to send her my financial details and bought elsewhere . I have recently sold a property and would be very annoyed that potential buyers were being put off in this way . Please avoid as a buyer or a seller .

Very poor organisation..Professionally incompetent,unreliable plus inabilty to process clients requirements...Avoid at all costs....I am referring to Newark Branch..

What a breath of fresh air!
From the outset everyone at the office was so professional and helpful. They quickly found me a new home that ticked all my requirement boxes and the process of checks and references was made very easy and bearable. I am a very happy customer.

Clear communications and follow-up, and out of business hours communications are second to none. I will be singing their praises from the roof tops. I highly recommend Newton Fallowell to sell our property. If anyone out there is wondering which agent to use I recommend you contact them, you won't be disappointed.

If you are paying for a full Managed service ... it's not. They only bother collecting money and taking their cut.

Excellent service from start to finish!! I was wanting to move to a property with a larger 3rd bedroom, absolutely nothing on the market. A valuation on my property was done, explained what I was looking for and said we have one that will be going on the market on Friday (this was wed), a viewing was arranged and we feel in love with the house. They came back the next day to take photos etc, and both properties went on the market on the Friday afternoon. By Friday evening I had 2 viewings booked for the Saturday and other chap had one. Monday morning 9am, I had received 2 offers and it was sold by 11.30, with me putting an offer in on the other property and it being accepted. Fantastic team!!! Fabulous service. Absolutely love the house. Thank you John and team, best in town

Appalling .‼️. They tell you they have put you on a list and will let you know when suitable property becomes available. NO they dont contact you at all . I saw one i was interested in the minute it came on ( they never let me know about it ) i emailed them the same day . Got email saying someone will contact me tomorrow to arrange a viewing . No contact again , i rung them same day ( house not been on 24 hours and made contact twice with them ). Told it was sold ‼️. One viewing and not from anyone on their list . Nobody else got a chance to even view it. They accepted an offer ...even though i was prepared to pay the full asking price. Something wrong here !!!!! DODGY MAYBE ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Appalling service at Lichfield Office. Not a buyer but a renter. Sent requests to view that were never answered. Left voicemail messages for someone to get back to me as I was interested in a property - they never called back. They cancelled a viewing because they didn't have the keys. Left me waiting for 30 minutes because someone forgot about the viewing. When I did finally view a property and send in an application form, they rented the property and never told me so I was waiting for over a week to see if I had got the property. They are the type of agents that give agents a bad name. Useless.

We recently completed our house sale through the Grantham office. Excellent, professional and polite staff. Any questions raised were dealt with swiftly and positively. Gavin and Karen were our closest contacts and couldn't do enough to help. A big thank you to all. Would 100% recommend their services.

Never got passed the valuation stage. Twice a valuation was arranged, twice I prepared for it, twice they cancelled last minute. Complete time wasters.
