Neville Johnson Anmeldelser

We are absolutely delighted with our new Neville Johnson dressing room area. We had professional, helpful and excellent service throughout the process from design, installation to the after service. I would highly recommend the company and am already planning my next project ……

We haven't had new furniture for a very long time & never fitted dining room units so were a little apprehensive BUT we need not have worried. From the initial online approach, receiving the brochure, initial designer visit & subsequent visit showing the ideas was absolutely brilliant. We didn't change anything at all, Laura had interpreted our wishes completely. Surveyor Luke was professional & informative. We had limited dates for installation which were agreed & Paul, the fitter arrived exactly on time & worked "his little socks" off to give us stunning units. Couldn't fault one single thing. We knew it wasn't going to be cheap but if you want the best, we would definitely recommend Neville Johnson.

We purchased a glass staircase from Neville Johnson, the design and installation was carried out very professionally and we were pleased with the product, unfortunately 7 years later we had a problem with one of the glass panels, this was not the fault of NJ. We contacted the Aftercare Team to rectify the fault, this was also completed very professionally and efficiently and restored to it's original install. We have never received a questionnaire from NJ requesting 'how did we perform' they know there is no need to ask, because yes they are a quality company looking after their customers.

From the outset, it was obvious we were dealing with a very professional company. Our enquiry was followed by a visit from a designer who was extremely friendly and asked what we wanted in our staircase restoration and guided us through various options before making very useful suggestion for the design. We later received another visit, this time from a surveyor who took detailed measurements which then resulted in detailed drawings which would be used to manufacture the component parts and aid the installation. An appointment was made for the fitter to come and install the component parts. He arrived exactly when promised and was very professional and friendly. Once finished, he gave us guidance on how to look after and new staircase and left having cleared away all debris. We then received a phone call to check we were totally happy with the work carried out, which we were. At all stages of the project we were kept informed of the progress of our order. We are very happy with the way our staircase has thoroughly enhanced the entrance to our house. We would have no hesitation in recommending Neville Johnson, they are not the cheapest, but you do get what you've paid for.

The finished staircase exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and finish. The fitters worked a long day and were dedicated to producing perfection. We are extremely pleased with the transformation of our landing area.

An amazing company to deal with. Firstly, I arranged an appointment with a designer. He came with lots of sample materials and design ideas. No pressure selling, just good ideas and advice. Then we were put in the hands of client services who guided us through the whole process from installation date, to job completion. Have to say the quality of craftsmanship is brilliant. So pleased with the end result. And also you get the safeguard of a 10 year guarantee. Any problems or queries are handled promptly and politely by client services. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was impressed by Neville Johnson from the very first contact with the company. The staircase designer and the surveyor were both extremely pleasant, very helpful and professional and finally Lee Boswell, who fitted the staircase, made a beautiful job. A wonderful craftsman and great worker.

We chose Neville Johnson, NJ, based on Internet-sourced images from projects that they had completed for others. At the outset, the designer from NJ, Simon Tcherniak, spent an entire morning with us understanding our needs, digesting our suggestions and offering gently his own creative perspective. By the end of his visit, he had sketched and priced what we had been evolving together and, frankly, it was exactly what we wanted albeit we didn't know that at the beginning of his visit! While we worked with other people within NJ, all of whom being very responsive and knowledgeable, Simon was a consistent, and reassuring, point of contact throughout the whole process. Indeed, not only was Simon the first person we met but he was also the final visitor from NJ: He spent considerable time with us at the end of the project ensuring we were happy with the final product. There were one or two hiccups during the manufacturing and installation process but NJ addressed them with urgency and we are delighted with the new installations in our home. Huge thanks to Simon and the NJ team; we would certainly recommend them to others who want bespoke furniture solutions that have been designed and finished to the highest standard.

Excellent service, very high quality workmanship. This was a difficult and unusual part of a very old house with no straight walls, and Neville Johnson designed and built a stunning bookcase and wardrobe that we know will last for years.

We used Neville Johnson to design and install our media unit and office furniture. It all went extremely well from day one. Steve designed fully to our wishes and used his considerable expertise to enhance the product.
Ian carried out a thorough survey and further added to the exceptional design with the result that we had a most attractive and practical plan.
The installation maintained the incredibly high standards of professionalism with Billy and George demonstrating their knowledge and skills. We were kept fully informed as to progress and they ensured that everything was to our satisfaction. As a result we have a room which has been totally transformed and we regard as perfect. It was a pleasure to deal with each person who worked on this project.

This was the first time we had used Neville Johnson and it will not be the last. It has been so refreshing working with a company that puts customer service and quality high on their list of priorities. We have been very impressed with all aspects of the project, from design and surveying through to planning and installation. Nothing was too much trouble. If you’re looking for an organisation that actually cares about their customers and uses quality material in their products then you will not go wrong with Neville Johnson, we would recommend them highly.

I'm so happy with my new office. Simon was lovely and very professional from the first meeting. He listened to everything I wanted and his designs were perfect. It was fitted very quickly by a lovely guy called Neil, he made sure it looked exactly as it should and left no mess at all. Fantastic service, thank you!

From the very beginning when Karen the designer visited to the very end when the fitter completed the work , it can only be described as very professional, helpful and extremely well executed.
The planning of the design was done to ensure we got exactly what we wanted, I can’t recommend Neville Johnson enough

We had a staircase renovation from Neville Johnson and would highly recommend the company. The representative and engineer who visited the property were skilled and helpful to ensure we had the renovation that met our needs. The fitting process was only 2 days and very straightforward with minimal disruption and the end result is excellent. Thank you.

The skill and quality of the workmanship carried out by Lee Boswell was exceptional. Nothing was a problem and he explained at every step of the refurb.

“I had Neville Johnson Ltd design a walk-in wardrobe for my bedroom, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the result – it’s absolutely stunning and has been admired by everyone who’s seen it! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. David, the designer, was fantastic – he really listened to what I wanted and brought it to life with creativity and precision. The fitter was equally excellent, working with great care and attention to detail to deliver a flawless finish. What really stood out to me was the outstanding aftercare service. I noticed a small mark on one of the units, and without hesitation, they replaced it – nothing was too much trouble. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. I highly recommend Neville Johnson for anyone looking for high-quality, bespoke bedroom furniture and exceptional service throughout.”
