Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.
We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.

If I Could Give 6 Stars I Would
We used Neptune in Hove for our Kitchen renovation last year, and I have nothing but praise for everyone involved.
Starting with our first visit to the showroom, the shop was opened by Toby for a very short notice appointment. We were given all the time and attention required and fell in love with the products immediately. The quality is totally unrivalled by any other kitchen retailer in the area, and the customisation options were superb. After 6 months of looking for a kitchen that met our expectations we finally found it at Neptune!
The design process was done with Laura, who is just fantastic. She suggested some brilliant ideas, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The CGI's of the final design and her professionalism only cemented our decision.
The kitchen fitting team surpassed all of our expectations. No element of the installation was rushed, and we watched in awe as each trim was cut by hand fitted and then finally the cabinets were given a hand painted finish.
We honestly could not be happier with the final result and would recommend anyone to Toby, Tanya and the Team at Neptune Hove. You will not be disappointed. The pricing will leave you pleasantly surprised, but more importantly you will have a high quality, bespoke style kitchen that you will love forever.

I loved the vase I ordered from Neptune. Unfortunately the apple blossom stems didn’t really fit the vase as I thought so they have gone back. Very helpful service from a young lady in the Hove store highly recommended. Thank you 😊
