Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.
We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.
We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home.

I ordered some handles for my utility…
I ordered some handles for my utility doors, to match my Neptune kitchen handles. They offered to drop them into me, which was very kind. I caught a bus and collected them, receiving a nice coffee before leaving the store. They always go that bit more………..

Neptune in Hove offers lovely designs…
Neptune in Hove offers lovely designs and friendly staff with good advice. However, we experienced delays and missing parts due to communication issues, and some products seem overpriced for their durability. While the team is supportive and welcoming, efficiency was hit and miss in our project. A mixed experience overall.

Not repairable
It is always pleasant dealing with Neptune Hove. However, I was disappointed to be told that a lamp once past its warranty cannot be repaired. A four-year lifespan for a lamp of quality is disappointing.

I hope you received this, but I guess it hasn't fixed the problem? Huge apologies that we were unable to help in this instance. Caring and good value service
The lights in our Glazed Dresser failed due to a fault in the transformer after 8 years full time use. Neptune kindly and promptly supplied a replacement and then a member of their team came and changed the unit for us. He was most helpful and careful in his work, and they only charged for the replacement unit. Caring and good value service.

Lovely people. Great quality. But parts missing. Ran way over and they had to come back several times because of poor communication between designer and fitters.
