Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.

Beautiful products. Excellent service by knowledgeable staff. Was shocked to hear delivery charge is £100 even if you live next door. Decided not to order instore so went on line for free delivery.
If we all go on line your beautiful shops will not survive. Waiver the delivery fee or loose customers.Delivery by the way was on time and by 2 charming helpful young men.

From the moment we walked into the…great service
From the moment we walked into the showroom the staff were helpful and pleasant. We were given an estimated delivery time of 5 weeks but our items were ready for delivery within a week. The guys who delivered it were very courteous and efficient, unpacking everything for us and taking away the rubbish. I can highly recommend Neptune.

We have a beautiful Suffolk kitchen from Neptune , recently ordered a Suffolk sideboard but unfortunately it has a bad gap between doors! Hopefully will be sorted !

Very good products
After a bumpy start with the interior design service at Guildford (with poor follow up after an instore discussion), I have been very impressed with the quality of the service. An at-home visit was followed by a beautiful presentation of the design at the Farnham store which is well worth a visit. Fabulous room sets from kitchens to utility rooms to bedrooms. Everything is of a high quality and tastefully arranged. We know we are being sold a vision buy hey we like the vision! Will be ordering most of what was recommended.

Very pleased with Neptune
Neptune in Farnham have been great helping us with ordering and furnishing our new home. They were great in updating us on furniture arrivals and keeping some in storage for us while our home was being built. The delivery team were exemplary. Kitchen Design and Installation
Kitchen Design and Installation
The design team (Gill, Sarah and Caitlin) were brilliant throughout the process and we have a kitchen that we absolutely adore! They came up with different design options and then built them out, with visuals around what each part of the kitchen would look like. This really brought it to life and helped us to then tweak the designs to make it personal to us.
The ordering process for all of the cabinetry and appliances was really well managed by Catlin and took out a lot of the faff that you anticipate when doing a new kitchen.
The installation team (Phil and Brin) were great at working with our builder to sequence taking out the existing kitchen, doing the flooring and then doing the installation once all of the cabinetry and appliances arrived. We didn't have any real challenges given the pandemic and some of the supply chain impacts, which is really testament to how amazing the team were in managing the end to end process.
We would like to say a huge thank you to Neptune and the team at Farnham! We are so thrilled with the kitchen and it's all down to you guys.

Damaged and incorrect items
Neptune delivered us a damaged chest of drawers and a headboard with the wrong fabric on. A new delivery date and collection date was arranged but the delivery drivers couldn’t find us, so I am still left with a damaged item and an incorrect item. This isn’t first experience of order from Neptune and it’s not been a great success so far.
