Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.
We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.
We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home.

I went to a tablescaping workshop with Lucy. Had an amazing time. Learned a lot and enjoyed looking round the shop after and buying a few things for my table. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. One of my favourite shops to visit.

Lifetime Guarantee
I've had my wonderful kitchen for four years and still love it as much as day one. A couple of cupboards had lost alignment so I contacted Neptune and within no time at all they sent someone out to sort my snagging issues. These were done quickly and efficiently, very happy with the outcome. 😊

Lounge Makeover.
We recently had a makeover in our lounge. It wasn't huge but Danica has transformed our room into a beautiful, relaxing place to sit and enjoy. She listened carefully to what we wanted and we got exactly what we asked for. She was so professional and gave me her opinion when I asked for it and was so knowledgable about every item I asked about! It was a pleasure to work with her and I would definitely recommend her and the Neptune team wholeheartedly.

I was struggling with making decisions for my living room until I met Kathryn from Neptune Farnham. She was amazing and really helped me with the design process; choosing the right colours, textures and finishes to create a space that felt practical and beautiful. Timings
I have to say that although we waited patiently for our furniture and accessories. It was a very long wait.
You sent a voucher for £50 before the furniture arrive, so I didn't know what I would need till everything in place. The voucher had by then expired.

From start to finish the whole experience with Neptune Farnham was great
We ordered three bedsteads & headboards from the Farnham branch. They were helpful with choosing the fabrics and Catrina kept us updated when there was a delay with delivery. All assembled by the courteous delivery guys and we are very pleased with the beds.
I would feel very confident in ordering from Neptune again.

Over the moon with our utility and boot room!
We are so pleased with our new Utility/Boot Room designed by the wonderfully talented Gill from Neptune, Farnham. Gill helped us every step of the way with the design process; choosing the right colours, textures and finishes to create a space that felt practical and beautiful. Every step of the process was seamless, from concept through to the final home visit to ensure we were happy with the completed space. We’ll definitely be using Gill and her team to help with future projects in our home.

Farnham shop assistant saved the day!
I was given wrong advice via customer support email. I called the Farnham shop to verify and was given the correct advice. The lady was so helpful and managed to order the extra marble tiles I needed to arrive the next day. She went the extra mile and that’s really appreciated. I’ll definitely be shopping at Neptune again! We plan to get a bed and some paint for our next project.

Friendly staff
Really friendly staff. Went in with my young daughter and the staff member spoke to her too as she was serving me and recommended a place to go over the school holidays. Little touches like that make for a pleasant visit. Along with all the lovely items to buy too, obviously!

Neptune are a pleasure to deal with, easy ordering, timescale for delivery met, and for the painted stool I ordered the delivery came with a matchpot of touch up paint in the same colour - unadvertised but very thoughtful. Beautifully made products.

Tranquil bedroom
I’ve always enjoyed creating our home interiors but when it came to updating our bedroom I turned to Neptune colour and design consultation to get it just right. It was a really enjoyable experience meeting Kathryn one of the designers at the Farnham store to discuss colours, furniture and fabrics. She really helped create a tranquil space by understanding my requirements and putting together ideas that worked wonderfully. I’m so pleased with the end result and highly recommend this service.
