Really good, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff

The personal attention, nothing is too much trouble. Our designer listened to us and identified our style but helped us to break out of what would normally be our comfort zone.
The room accurately reflects the design they came up with but with their flare for dressing the room on the day totally exceeded our expectations.

Impressed with unwrapping of stools by delivery men so no packaging to be dealt with

The atmosphere is just lovely and the staff are so polite and welcoming into the store

Always excellent customer service when visiting Neptune Colchester. Lovely staff, very helpful, always ensuring you have your chosen products from the store room rather than out on display (where possible) and always try to find the boxes which helps with transporting home. We’ll done team!

She is the most helpful , polite and friendly professional individual . Her knowledge of products and Neptune is excellent. She is an asset to the company and makes the visit an experience . In being big Neptune fans since first walking into one of their stores, we have often wandered a little starry-eyed through their kitchens. Earlier this year we decided it was finally time to completely upgrade ours, from floor to ceiling lights. After a look at other options, quickly decided “nah, it’s got to be Neptune” and chose the Chichester range of cabinetry but also the Seaton sandstone floor tiles and, for the peninsula, some Tennyson pendants.

We have dealt with their Colchester store and I cannot be more complimentary about the quality of the products nor the level of service - from the first in-store enquiry to the final sign-off. In particular our designer Ish, James our Project Manager, Darren who installed the cabinetry and Mitch who provided the hand-finished paint, provided exemplary customer service.

As with most things, there is generally a premium for exceptional quality and this is true with Neptune kitchens. But as we sit in our lovely kitchen and reflect, this was an investment well worth making!
