Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

Simply Great Service
I simply went in yesterday to purchase some drinking glasses and was served by two delightful ladies who provided the best six available in store. Such a positive experience, which is so missing generally in retail now. Well done!

Colour Consultancy Service. I came into the Colchester store in a…
I came into the Colchester store in a panic looking for tester pots as I needed to choose my kitchen colour scheme that weekend. The Neptune team were so helpful and recommended I book a colour consultancy appointment. I was able to get an appointment the following day with Debbie who came to the house with samples and a wealth of knowledge and advice. She understood what I was trying to achieve and guided me towards a palette that I am really delighted with. I would highly recommend this new service especially if you are short on time or a little unsure of your own choices. Can't thank Debbie enough for helping me out in a stressful situation.

The staff are so helpful with enquiries & always smiling and happy to help, the 3 ladies that went above & beyond were Debbie & Mandy & Christina, Helping with paint colour & kitchen questions … Well done Neptune ..You have a great team in there & it’s always a pleasure to go in ..It’s very rare to see a whole team of happy staff in retail outlets & a desire to really help the customers …10 out of 10 for customer service !

Wedding gift list
A wedding gift list was set up for a recent wedding. It was well managed and the staff were very helpful and polite when I phoned to make a purchase. We were assured that everything would be gift wrapped with an appropriate card attached.
The Bride and Groom were ecstatic when they went to collect their gifts and said everything was beautifully wrapped and ready for collection

My favourite home accessory store
Since I discovered Colchester had a Neptunes I’ve been visiting every week or two, the staff are so helpful, I’ve ordered a few times and they always let me know as soon as my orders in….. I love the packaging and bags you get when you make a purchase, it’s the attention to detail that makes Neptune such a lovely place to shop for home accessories.

The staff all always so helpful, they don’t bother when you look round and always on hand when you do need help.
They didn’t have my item in stock so ordered it and rang me when it arrived in store.
