Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

Beautiful quality and beautifully packed
I bought three green eucalyptus sprays to sit behind a mirror over Christmas and they were perfect. The foliage looks really natural, great colour, and excellent quality — just what I expect from Neptune.
They were also extremely well packaged and arrived in lovely condition. I’ve ordered from Neptune many times and the quality and attention to detail is always spot on.
Our shop of choice that’s reasonably close to where we live is Colchester — excellent staff —
Highly recommend.

Always receive outstanding customer service with Neptune Colchester. Debbie & Charlene are so welcoming and have dedicated so much time and attention to choose the right items to suit our home. They literally can’t do enough and have made our new house a home. The delivery guys Ant &
Lee delivered our bed promptly and efficiently, put it together and took time to explain how to look after it. I can’t think of any company that does that. So thank you. The only niggle is the delivery date as you don’t know which day it will be till the Friday before which is hard to manage time off work. Thank you so much.

Excellent delivery crew of my Edinburgh 110 coffee table
I had a Edinburgh 110 Square coffee table delivered this morning and Alfi & Josh the delivery crew was extremely polite and helpful they delivered on time and even called to let me know that they would be arriving on schedule! They was respectful of my property by taking of their shoe’s even when I said it wasn’t necessary! Neptunes should be proud to have Alfi & Josh working for them! Thank you Alfi & Josh and l hope they had a safe journey back to Bath!
