Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. A marvellous experience at Neptune Colchester
We first visited Neptune Colchester in May 2023 on a recommendation from close friends. All the staff were friendly, helpful and put us under no sales pressure. The store is beautifully presented. After a few more visits we decided to place an order in June 2024 and take advantage of their home design service. Debbie Pearce our appointed designer was spot on. Passionate, friendly and attentive to our requirements. The lead in time was acceptable from order (Jun 24) to delivery (Oct 24) yet Neptune kept in contact, it was well worth the wait. Delivery was on time and Debbie dressed our living room to give us the full ' Neptune grand reveal experience' We were not dissapointed. We have no hesitation in recommending Neptune and Debbie from the Colchester store. Thanks for all your help. Until the next time........Sandra & Paul W

We have been shopping in Neptune Colchester for years and we absolutely adore the products and customer service we receive
The ladies who work there are amazing and have helped us do much design the way we want our beautiful home to look , nothing is ever to much trouble for each and every member of staff.
The furniture and accessories are timeless and of excellent quality .
We have now purchased a new home and although all our Neptune furniture has come with us , there is now a excuse to purchase some new additions from this amazing brand

Great products good service. BUT why do I have to drive 25 miles to receive my refund in person when you take a £7000.00 order by telephone. You really should rethink this.

The design is fantastic and all the items are of high quality. Neptune were available when we had any questions and the communication was great with really fast response time. Great Customer Service
Staff at the store were approachable, friendly and helpful. The item I wanted wasn’t available in that store so an item search was carried out and found at a different location. There was an issue with the delivery so they refunded the delivery charge and made arrangements for the item to be collected by a staff member at their next staff meeting. They went over and beyond to help and kept me informed every step of the way.

We always buy our paints from Neptune
We always buy our paints from Neptune. The quality of the paint is great, the colours are rich and I love the way they have grouped them into palettes which makes it easier to pair. The staff are always very professional and helpful. Their colour suggestions work very well.
