Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.
We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.

Extremely long delivery time
Extremely long delivery time - over 5 months, one footstool arrived damaged, assessment in 3 weeks…. Wanted so much to be happy :(

I honestly believe you cannot buy better than Neptune. It is expensive and if I am honest a bit too expensive but my goodness the quality is second to none.
The staff are so friendly and helpful which is so nice when you visit a store.

I am disappointed
I am disappointed. I ordered 3 large pendant lights. They are beautiful and expensive. Can’t fault the store or the order service. Delivery was swift. But one was broken on delivery. I emailed the store sending a photo. Then I popped into the store. I was assured customer services will be in touch. I have since called the store to chase. We are now 9 days on and I’ve heard nothing from customer services, not even an email. I have 3 huge boxes in my kitchen and I can’t arrange to have them fitted until they are all here. Very frustrating. Please contact me!

Beautiful store
I popped into the Bristol store just to have a look and ended up making a purchase which wasn’t planned! Beautiful store, love everything in it and how warm it feels when shopping around it. The staff were very friendly. There was always someone available if I needed to ask something, and when purchasing my items, they were very friendly and talkative. Wish I could buy the whole shop! Efficient and quality service, definitely will be back to buy more!

We were kept informed of delays to despatch and updated regularly.
Delivery men were very efficient and polite. Bed frame is great. We are very pleased with it.

Visited the Bristol store
Visited the Bristol store and made an unexpected purchase!! The staff in the Bristol storewere super attentive and took a genuine interest in what we were looking for.
We visited the Bath store only a day before and weren’t even acknowledged with a smile. Well done to the Bristol team for making us feel valued, if we were made to feel the same we would have made our purchase in the Bath store!

Awful customer service they just can’t be bothered. It’s a great shame as everything looks they sell looks lovely but it’s not worth the pain trying to get answers or back up.

Recently had a gorgeous dining nook…
Recently had a gorgeous dining nook style bench fitted and we are thrilled with it. From initially calling customer services for some paint colour ideas for the kitchen (which turned out perfectly!) to getting the bench measured and fitted we have been so impressed!
Such friendly helpful staff - can't thank them enough!

Bristol Neptune branch - Olney Lamps
Bristol - Luisa and Sophie - exceptional and a credit to your brand.
Helped re bulbs for Olney small lamp where stated bulb was far too big. SOOO kind to post out ones needed and also to offer to send return boxes if we’re not satisfactory! Needless to say the lamps look fabulous and the bulbs now fit!

I love the look of the chairs and bar…
I love the look of the chairs and bar stools , although I find they do mark quite easily , the table is also marking , is there anything you can recommend to treat it ?
I now keep it covered on an every day basis .
