Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.
We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.
We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home.

I have loved Neptune for years. Not any more!
I have loved Neptune for years. greatly looked forward to buying my new home and shopping at Neptune. having spent several thousand pounds doing just that I remain hugely disappointed.
the staff at store although polite on the surface quickly became arrogant and superior. the service appalling. the wait for goods ridiculous. Correspondence from the store insulting and reflective of staffs poor attitude and superior status. are they spending thousands in store? I think not. Overall I will not be recommending Neptune to friends and family. I would not recommend the store at all

We met Rachel a year ago when we began…
We met Rachel a year ago when we began our kitchen project, and the completed kitchen has exceeded our expectations. From the initial design consultation, to the presentation and now end result we have always received faultless customer service from Rachel, Luisa and Harriet. Excellent service and products
Excellent service and products. The items arrived promptly and we received a call 30 minutes beforehand on the day of delivery. Very polite men assembled the dining table and removed all the packaging.
The only concern was that the brochure price of the products we purchased had significantly increased the week beforehand and the manager was unable to offer the listed price!

Products are good but customer service…
Products are good but customer service is poor, very disappointed in service.
When you have to contact them 5times to get any response and then the outcome does not sort the problem.

Chloe Mills at Clifton, Bristol Neptune is a superstar!
When entering Neptune in Bristol I was welcomed by Chloe Mills who explained that she was a Home Designer. She made me feel completely at ease and I felt able to share my difficulty in piecing together items to make our house feel more warm and inviting. I was also struggling with what direction I wanted to take our interior design concept in when it came to "dressing" our house. Chloe then took the time to put together a whole array of incredible pieces from vases, to faux plants to soft furnishings. I then left laden with everything and have transformed our home. Chloe has made me see which direction I want to go in now, and I feel excited to move forward with it rather than dread! She is a superstar and Neptune, you are very lucky to have her!

Bristol Whiteladies road branch were so…
Bristol Whiteladies road branch were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with a special thank you to Raquel, who really went the extra mile. The products are fabulous and we are really pleased with the kitchen table, bench, chairs and numerous vases and bits and bobs that we couldn't resist in the shop. Delivery was excellent, chaps were again very helpful and friendly. We were also kept updated of delivery times and never had to chase!
A good experience all round, we will be back....... if nothing else for the gorgeous smelling hand sanitiser - lol.

Love the products extremely well made and timeless. The service from the interior dept and Chloe in particular was second to none.
Delivery is taking a long time at the moment but then I guess most companies are struggling with that.

Great service and products!
The staff at the Bristol store are extremely friendly and helpful (especially Ceri). The store is welcoming and there is a lot of furniture displayed to help choose which range you want. Ordered 2 pictures (as they weren't in stock at the store) but they arrived just a few days later and look brilliant in the study. Would always recommend Neptune products from the furniture to candles as they are exceptional quality. The service from Neptune is also second to none.
