I went to Becky Wilkinson’s cookery demonstration yesterday morning. What a lovely event! Really enjoyed watching the food preparation and also eating the dishes! Already looking forward to the next one!

Neptune products are well made and worth the cost. Ordering or buying from this company is always a pleasure and the customer service is very good, should there be an enquiry or problem.

An excellent presentation. Simple recipes together with interesting chat .inspired to try the dessert at home. Look forward to hopefully a further demonstration later in the year.

Many apologies for the delay in sending you this review of the very lovely evening spent with you at Neptune in Bath listening to the fascinating talk give by Emma and Giles. I have long been an admirer of Emma and have watched her meteoric rise to a highly respected and talented designer.
The food was fabulous too .
Thank you so much for the lovely gifts. I will treasure the book, which is much admired on my coffee table.

Quality of furniture is excellent, staff are great but you do have to wait a long time for curtains / curtain poles.

Lovely evening last night for Emma Sims-hilditch book launch. It was fabulous. A really interesting talk by Emma alongside Giles (from Country Life) and great photos to accompany the talk (although the TV was set a bit low so it difficult for those at the back to see the pictures clearly) The book The evolution of home is beautiful with amazing photos. I can’t wait to find time to sit and go through it. It’s got pride of place on my coffee table.
It was great to chat to Emma and have the opportunity to ask questions too. The staff were all lovely and friendly and the canapés absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be eating at Neptune next time we’re in Bath.
And to top it all a lovely goodie bag to go home with

Interior Design delivery was superb. Annabel came and dressed my room and the two delivery drivers carefully unpacked the furniture and placed it according to the floor plan that Annabel has designed.
Lovely furniture, excellent build quality and we're delighted with the result. Would definitely use again. We'd already decided which furniture we wanted but used the design service to give us a different, professional viewpoint. The money for that consultation came off the order so it was a free service in essence. And Annabel made some changes to our original thoughts and she was absolutely right. Plus she was gorgeous! Thanks Annabel x

I have just finished a 4 week (every weds night) Art course with a very talented, lovely local artist Miranda Carter. Neptune @Bath hosted this course which was a stunning, warm and ideal venue for the class. Neptune were fantastic hosts supplying drinks and snacks and always being friendly and welcoming. I cannot rate this course, venue and teacher highly enough and look forward to participating in anymore they should do!

Art class with Miranda Carter at Neptune. Absolutely fantastic, so creative, easy to follow, great results! Really enjoyed the relaxation of creating art in such a lovely setting. Miranda was on hand to help but also allowed us to explore our own ideas. Thankyou!

The bar stools we bought were expensive but fantastic quality and very comfortable (5*). The length of time from purchase (early June) to delivery (November) was terrible (3*). They originally said September and then delay, delay, delay. The first day they didn’t tell us about until we called up. To take over £2k knowing they wouldn’t deliver isn’t good. Better to take a deposit and rest due on delivery.
