Our salesperson Michelle was kind, very helpfull and supportive. We were looking for an elegant recliner sofa for quite some time but always disappointed in the same kind of sofa. Natuzzi Uddingston offers a nice range of modern but also classic Italian design. Loved our experience there.

Been looking for a sofa for some time and been disappointed by the range available. Natuzzi Italia presented a more stylish and less run of the mill range and the exact classic shape combined with the modern adjustablility we have been looking for. Michelle at Uddingston was professional and supportive in helping us arrive at our decision. Time to reflect and decide on colours over a couple of days even after the order. The process of manufacture to delivery explained in detail and willing to schedule our sofa delivery convenient to our renovations.

We have a beautiful leather sofa that we waited many months for, but the batteries to operate the seat adjustments run out after very little use so we are forced to either not use the mechanism or we have to re-charge for many hours pretty much every time we use the sofa. We were promised replacement batteries in January and still have not received them. We raised the matter with the uk supplier some time before then as they have never worked properly. We are very disappointed that a premium product we ordered a year ago still is not fully operational, and we cannot make any headway in resolving our problems.

Very polite and give us a good a reasonable deal. Explained the process of delivery and aftercare well - we left the store with all our questions answered. Highly recommend the store and team for their professionalism and knowledge on the products.

We visited the Natuzzi Manchester store on Saturday 4th April and our experience was excellent thanks to Aida who grasped what we were looking to achieve and aided us to make our decision and order our new furniture.

Was a very straightforward and stress free experience. Grant was incredibly helpful in explaining the various options available to us and helped us through the decisions. Very polite and respectful.

Bought 2 x 3 piece suites in March 2024. I have a back issue, and needed a firm cushion seat. I was reassured 3 times by the salesman that the seats will be firm as in the showroom.
Within a year all seat cushions had sagged enormously, and are now very uncomfortable. I thought there was a 1 year warranty. Went to the store at Gallows Corner and was told that there was a 2 year g'tee.
I was told that someone from Natuzzi would come and inspect both suites.
To my huge surprise, a salesman from an upholstery company came instead. They looked very briefly at the suites, said there was nothing wrong with them, but then tried to sell us all new firm cushion inserts at a further cost of over £2,000.00 He also said he would report back to Natuzzi.
Surprise, surprise, not heard anything.
It is clear that Natuzzi aren't interested in resolving our issue under the g'tee.
I now just want to warn others before purchasing from this CRAP company, that sell GARBAGE furniture, to get everything in writing including inner cushion fabric, or you could be sorely disappointed.

Sofa supplied not fit for purpose – very poor post‑sales support
We are extremely dissatisfied with our experience at Natuzzi Rugby (CV21 1SR).
On 18 January 2026, we purchased a Fausto Sofa RAF and Fausto Chaise Longue LAF (Order N50016781) for £2,395. Before ordering, we provided exact measurements of our wall space (258cm, plus allowance for a radiator) and were clearly told by the sales representative that the sofa would fit with no issues.
The sofa was delivered on 27 March 2026. Once positioned, it became clear that it measures approximately 284cm, making it too large for the agreed space. It blocks our living room door, rendering the room unsafe and unusable. This is clearly not fit for purpose.
When we returned to the store with photographs, we were told nothing could be done because the measurements were “customer supplied.” However, the store could not provide a copy of the measurements submitted to the manufacturer. Despite a promise to escalate the issue and call us back, we received no follow‑up and were again told that no resolution was possible.
The impact has been significant — we cannot use our front room and were forced to cancel planned Easter gatherings.
We are seeking a reasonable alternative resolution (such as exchange or appropriately sized stock), but to date Natuzzi has shown no willingness to assist. Very disappointing service for a premium‑priced brand.

If Faisal is anything to go by with the level of care and attention to detail, natuzzi should be the go to for everyone! In an age where there are more options than ever before Faisal really took time to listen to our requirements and then came up with a shortlist of what we would like. I really had lost hope in customer service because of the negative experiences we had been having in searching for the perfect sofa , but thanks to Faisal it seems there are still a few of these gems around! We have found our perfect sofa and he made sure to give us the full natuzzi treatment in providing a slick repair/refresh kit for our sofas.

We went there just to look at sofa's, but the way that Ady treated us, made us decide to purchase our sofas there and then. He was very warm and friendly and very attentive to what we wanted. Thank you Ady, we will be referring our family and friends to Natuzzi Lakeside.

Very disappointing after-sales service. We purchased an Oxford 3‑seater sofa with electronic mechanisms in June 2025 from the Natuzzi store at Európolis (Las Rozas, Madrid, Spain). The sofa is still under warranty, but one of the electronic buttons does not work.

We reported the issue on March 17, 2026, and after no response, contacted the store again on March 24, 2026. To date, we have received no reply or solution.

This level of customer service is unacceptable for a premium brand.

Servicio postventa muy decepcionante. Compramos un sofá Oxford con mecanismos electrónicos en junio de 2025 en Natuzzi Európolis (Las Rozas, Madrid). El sofá está en garantía, pero uno de los botones electrónicos no funciona.

Lo comunicamos a la tienda el 17/03/2026 y, al no recibir respuesta, volvimos a reclamar el 24/03/2026. A día de hoy seguimos sin respuesta ni solución.
