Variable food quality & packaging.
After my initial purchases I decided to switch to the free range chicken pouches which were more expensive. At one time I gave them a 5* for the food and service. Then they changed the pouches at the same price back to non free range without advising me. Since then I have found the food variable. Sometimes it is a nice solid pink as before but at others brown, soft with a lot of jelly on it. The packaging is also often pre-used and often arrives damaged. A more reliable food quality and robust packaging would be better.

Excellent food, dog loves it.
This dog food (turkey 80/20 frozen nuggets) is consistently good and gets eaten every time! Delivery was great and on time, which doesn’t always happen, sadly. On this occasion though the dry ice bags had split in transit. First time this has happened so maybe a one off.

Neighbour spotted it, and knowing we were on holiday, took the box in.
Although at sea, by upgrading wi-fi was able to tell DPD to put in said neighbours lobby.
NOT done.

I have recently decided cancelled my…
I have recently decided cancelled my subscription to Natures Menu frozen food. The decision didn't come lightly as the food itself is excellent and the support team are superb. My decision to cancel the subscription has been entirely driven by the year long failure of their chosen delivery firm DHL who have never managed to deliver as contracted before 12:00hr. In anticipation of this cancellation I have been trailing my dog with ButterNut Box food..delivered by DPD withing 1hr forecast time slots which they have consistently hit. I'm genuinely sorry to have to leave Natures Menu as the food is excellent but I can no longer waste my days waiting for DHL to fail to deliver frozen food on time.

Damaged tin's
Unfortunately the service is not right. My last 4 orders some of tins arrived damaged and I lost the money as the food was fermented. Ones I've claimed the issue and they sent me full pack of my order but it would be rediculous to repide the procedure every week.

Brilliant service, quality dog food.
First order was delayed by courier for over 24 hours and the food arrived defrosted and ruined. Natures Menu shipped a new box immediately without any issues.
This is the only food my picky dog will eat without sniffing around it for hours first. Bowl goes down and the food is gone in seconds.

Box turned up with a huge rip down the side, you could easily take the bags of meat out, not Natures Menu fault I know.
Dry ice packs need looking in to, I've noticed they've changed, no dry ice in any of the packs when arrived, need more packs putting in the boxes as some food was on the verge of defrosting. Definitely need more in the small boxes. These boxes are being picked up from Natures Menu at 5pm & not getting delivered until before 12pm if you're lucky! That's a long time out of the freezer, so yes more ice packs is a must. Have mentioned this several times before.
