I have been buying natural instinct …
I have been buying natural instinct for my dogs since 2018 the dogs really like the different choice of food even the puppies like the food.DPD are very helpfull always put the food in the freezer in the garage for me

Delayed by 2 weeks until we were told it was cancelled
We ordered food for our puppy and when we phoned to double check delivery date; we were told it would be in a few days. We had to phone again and they said it would be next week… we phoned again a few days after and they said it would be tomorrow… after phoning 5 TIMES they said it didn’t meet the weight requirement and that we won’t get our food unless we buy more of it! We didn’t even get an apology our anything of the sort, so we bought the food at a local retailer… very poor customer service.

A previously great company gone down the pan
Since natural instinct have been taken over, their service has been pretty poor. Lots of items out of stock, but not reflected when ordering through subscription. We have also had 2 completely wrong orders sent. Customer service were polite and helpful, but with a lot of prompting. Sadly we will no longer be using natural instinct.

What has happened to this previously excellent company
I have been a satisfied customer for a number of years placing large orders and always referring natural instinct to friends and family as my dogs love the food and thriving on it, however the last few months seems to be always out of stock of my regular food having to look elsewhere for my supplies, when I phone to ask when it is likely to come back into stock I receive extremely disappointing and couldn’t care less attitude customer service, the delivery service used to be next day delivery with notification which was excellent service, sadly now it seems to be very unreliable and never knowing when the frozen food will turn up with no notification given, if i ring the disappointing customer service really dosent care, the last frozen food I have ordered was left out on the doorstep on the hottest day of the year with no notification it was coming with us all out for the day - what has happened to this previously excellent company that I trusted my dogs health and nutrition to. I have tried to contact the company with my concerns before giving this review however no one there seems to be interested.

I order the food on Monday and didn't…
I order the food on Monday and didn't get it until the following Satuday. The food is good quality - I think that they are in the process of changing their systems as it has happened several times recently which is a shame. It always used to be next day delivery with very few issues.

We’ve also added a new option when ordering online, which allows you to choose the date your order leaves our factory, so you can select the day it’s despatched and your order will arrive the following day.

An uneasy customer. 29/07/26
The delivery took a long time to arrive. I was advised the day beforehand that it was out for delivery but did not arrive until late afternoon the following day. All the dry ice had melted but the produce still appeared to be frozen.
This is the second delivery that has arrived the day after notification in the same condition. I'm becoming uneasy about the delivery arrangements. They appear to have changed. The product used to arrive the same day as notification.

We would just like to reassure you that the dry ice will always have dissipated by the time your order arrives, as it is designed to do so safely during transit. The important thing is that the food itself remains frozen or suitably chilled on arrival, which from your review appears to have been the case.
We have also recently updated our delivery process, with orders now arriving the next day following dispatch. This provides a clearer delivery schedule and allows customers to know when to expect their orders.

The senior food is excellent
The senior food is excellent. My frenchie loves it, had to contact natural instinct as the dog food had not been delivered, it used to be next day delivery, it was delivered the day after a day later than I expected it
