Had a delivery issue with frozen puppy…
Had a delivery issue with frozen puppy food so contacted Natural Instinct and spoke to Liz who immediately sorted out the issue and arranged a new delivery date. As a new customer I was very impressed with how it was all sorted. Very professional and courteous.

I have already reported the issue to Natural instinct with attached photos on the day of delivery. Natural instinct have not replied to my report of the issue regarding delivery.

Easy to order and a great choice ,only problem i have at moment is the delivery can never seem to get it delivered on date I ask for but may change as trying DHL instead of DPD

Been feeding natural instincts for…
Been feeding natural instincts for around 6 years. Unfortunately the quality has massively gone down hill in the recent months. My dogs are even turning their noses up at the food. Their poo has started smelling again (all 4 dogs so isn’t something wrong with just one of them). Also delivery is shoddy and the containers are already defrosting in transit and they used polystyrene which is a nightmare to break up and put into waste bins and also the plastic containers are so cheap they break up and go into the food!

Have been a customer for a long time…
Have been a customer for a long time and loved the delivery schedule knowing I could order one day and receive the delivery within 2 days and communication regarding the delivery was first class not so anymore communication is scant and delivery is not so reliable I may consider using another company as I like to be able know when my delivery will arrive and at the moment it's a bit hit and miss
Shame as the product is excellent and I have been feeding my dogs this for around 12 years

We have been buying Natural Instinct…
We have been buying Natural Instinct raw dog food for a long time now for our 4 Greyhounds. Excellent quality product, excellent service & delivery. Product always arrives very quickly is well packed and is still frozen on arrival. Delivery partner also excellent and always gives a 2 hour time slot which is extremely helpful. Our Greyhounds are very happy 😊. Would highly recommend Natural Instinct

Delivered on day as instructed. Been using this dog food for the last 20 years or more always great for my dogs they love it. My daughter has feed her dog on the same diet for six years.

Disappointing experience with Natural Instinct
We received a 5kg puppy gift voucher from our breeder and called Natural Instinct to place the order, they gave us instructions for defrost and done. When we received the order surprisingly, the entire 5kg was chicken. Had we been told this in advance, we would have chosen a different meat or at least order for a variety.
More importantly, the meat smelled bad after defrosting and seemed to spoil in less than a day, despite being told it could be kept for up to 4 days in the fridge. We followed the defrosting instructions carefully and tested two packs, with the same result. Even lowering the fridge temperature didn’t help.
Unfortunately, we had to throw away almost half of each pack after just one day. Very disappointing, especially considering the waste and the fact that we couldn’t order more due to limited freezer space.

We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after following the defrosting guidance provided and then having to dispose of a significant amount of the food.
Our puppy packs have always included our Puppy Chicken recipe as standard, unless a breeder has agreed an alternative arrangement with us beforehand. This is the pack we have always sent out, but we appreciate your feedback and understand that this could have been made clearer to you when placing the order.
Regarding the food smelling bad and appearing to spoil so quickly, we take this very seriously and would like to look into this further with you. We will be in contact with you directly so we can discuss what happened and work towards a suitable resolution.

Slow Delivery
No overnight service anymore if ordered before 1300L (or guaranteed 2-day delivery after 1300L), so delivery day now not known at time of ordering, which is inconvenient when you need to ensure being home to receive frozen food, especially in summer.

We completely understand your frustration, particularly when ordering frozen food and needing to know when you’ll be home to receive your delivery.
Our delivery service has changed over the last few months, but we have introduced a dispatch date option at checkout to give customers more control over when their order leaves us. You can now select the day you would like your order to be dispatched, and it will then arrive the following day.
We appreciate that this is different from the previous service and understand that having a specific delivery day is important, especially during the warmer months. We really appreciate you sharing your feedback and we’ll continue to take this on board.
