So far every single plastic container has leaked blood water when it's defrosted, I can only think the box was thrown about during transportation

It’s possible that the packaging may have been damaged during transit, but we’d like to look into this further with our team to understand exactly what has happened and ensure we can address it properly.

Easy to order
Easy to order, improvement in ordering system where you can choose a few dates in advance for the order to be processed, although possibly it should say to be delivered by. That nearly caught me out. Nice to see that the outer packaging is more environmentally friendly than previously- now just the food packaging to be addressed. Food quality as always is brilliant

The frozen chicken was defrosted and unusable
The frozen chicken was defrosted completely.
I have submitted a complaint twice on their online contacts but received no response and am now having to escalate the complaint.

Called to change delivery date
Called to change delivery date, confirmed it was changed in the system. However, still received the order on the wrong date. Could only be offered 10% off next order. I needed to get in touch myself if food was defrosted (left outside on a very hot day!). Do not recommend, looking to change to different raw food now.

Great food for fussy dogs …
I have a very fussy dog who would only eat kibble and your frozen sprats ,this time I ordered some complete frozen as well which so far so good he has eaten ,so if this continues I can order more.

Good food, poor packaging
Love the food, as do my dogs however, frustrated that packs frequently arrive smashed and I have to pick out plastics pieces from the thawed food.

Choice and quality at a competitive price .
I like the large choice of food available ,no fuss ordering ,speedy delivery and the packaging is superb keeping the frozen food solid as a rock I’m highly delighted up to now ,but ,and this is so important to me ,one of my dogs has kidney disease and appetite with this condition can be very poor but Harry loves it and the quality of the pure green tripe is good and exactly what my boy needs .

No food in the freezers!?
I came in for food and there wasn't any in the freezers. Myself and other customers were told that an order had been placed for filling the freezers but it would take a while and probably not before closing. I was there at around 1pm on a Saturday. I bought some sprats that my dog loves but nothing else 🥺

New delivery lottery brought to you by.....
Previously you would be able to order before 1pm the day before and it would arrive the next day.
As a disabled person it was great as I could organise hospital appointments around that.
But past few months its impossible to tell when its going to arrive.
Which makes organising life and important life stuff around it somewhat rather difficult.

Thank you for taking the time to explain this, and I can completely appreciate how important it is to have some certainty around your delivery date, particularly when you need to plan appointments and other important commitments around it.
I’m sorry that the recent changes have made this more difficult for you. I can appreciate that the previous process was much easier to work around, as you could place your order before the 1pm cut-off and know that it would arrive the following day.
We do now have a dispatch day option at checkout, which allows you to select the specific date you would like your order to leave us. Your order will then be delivered the following day, giving you more control and certainty over when to expect it.
We appreciate that this may not feel quite as straightforward as the previous process, and we’re sorry for any frustration the changes have caused. We’ll certainly take your feedback on board, as we understand how important it is to be able to plan around your delivery.
