I purchased the Dara sneakers, and they're great -- very cute and versatile. And Neuza gave me perfect guidance on the sizing. Her customer service was terrific.

Muy mala experiencia. Primero el código de descuento no te lo mandan, y si se usa pero no puedes hacer el pago y luego vuelves para hacer el pago… no funciona.
Para devolver no hay instrucciones claras, hay que escribirles. No te llega ni email de cuando reciben tu paquete ni información sobre proceso y tiempos de devolución por lo que o reclamas o no sabes. Sigo esperando mi devolución. Luego atienden super rápido y majisimas pero eso no quita que la experiencia de compra haya sido terrible, porque tener que estar persiguiendo no es agradable. Respecto a los zapatos, cómodos pero las sandalias hacen que sude el pie horrores.

I thought the products were reasonably priced, shipping was quick, and the shoes and belt I got were impressive in material quality. One note is that the threads holding the side seams of the tongue of both sides of the “Fiore Black vegan loafer chunky sole“ started coming undone almost immediately. I can’t upload a photo here, unfortunately. Otherwise I’m very happy with the shoes and the belt I got.

J'ai commandé les bottes VIVIAN BLACK CHELSEA MI-MOLLET. Elles sont belles mais la qualité est vraiment médiocre. La tige dans le mollet pour insérer le pieds s'est cassé juste après quelques utilisation; la semelle est vraiment inconfortable, c'est difficile de les utiliser pour une journée entière; les bottes serrent le pieds. Le coût de ces bottes est vraiment injustifié, je ne vais plus acheté ce brand, ce qui est dommage car il y en a très peu et le design est beau.

I have been a NAE VEGAN customer for 10 years. I was in a wheelchair with orthopaedic boots. Nae Vegan boots and shoes gave me the ability to walk! I average 1.400 steps a day now. This company gets my vote for BEST in the business!

Mis primeras botas NAE en 2019 se convirtieron en mis botas favoritas. Al romperse la suela por primera vez después de 5 años no he dudado en entrar en la web para volver a comprar el mismo modelo y mi sorpresa es que había oferta y tuve dos por una. Ahora tengo tres pares de botas favoritos, las dos recién compradas y las reparadas por el zapatero. Pocas veces encuentras las tres B. Bueno, barato y bonito. Ya que antes de descubrir a NAE tenía que comprarme calzado cada temporada por necesidad, ahora lo compro para ahorrar.

i ordered the fiore shoes. i love the style of the shoes, i find it especially difficult to find cute vegan work shoes that aren’t heels. they are a bit big, so i had exchange for a smaller size which was a little bit difficult since they’re from portugal. unfortunately the smaller size still slips in the heel a fair amount. they are built fairly sturdily. so if they didn’t slip i feel like they would be fairly comfortable shoes. my main issue was that they creased SO much just after the first wear :(.

A chegada da encomenda foi rápida e o produto é ainda melhor ao vivo do que nas imagens.

Sugestões:

1) Enviar juntamente com o calçado uma amostra do creme de manutenção apropriado, bem como as respectivas instruções de utilização.

2) Divulgar o nome de quem desenha o calçado. O design é muito bom e quem desenvolve os produtos, a meu ver, deve ser conhecido dos clientes.

Comprei uns para mim e outros para a minha mãe e ambas adoramos e consideramos excelentes para passear!
Comprei uns ténis Redo Black Sapatilhas Altas com Cordões Vegan, o material é forte o que é óptimo pois sei que vão durar e combinam com todo o tipo de roupa (saias, calças, vestidos, etc).
Em relação ao pagamento e recebimento da encomenda foi excelente. Processo rápido e sem atrasos.

Una pena, porque pese a preguntar si podían quitarse las plantillas para probarme las zapatillas con mis plantillas de ortopedia y que me dijesen que sí, al final las plantillas van pegadas y si las quito no las puedo devolver en caso de que no me estén bien.

Beautiful, very well made shoes. I gave only 4 ☆ because they are a bit big. I ordered my regular size 39, which fits me perfectly in all other shoes made in Portugal, Spain and Italy that I already own. This is my first purchase in NAE and according their size tables the shoes should have fit, I solved the issue with insoles and now they fit okay. Next time I'll be ordering one size down

Shoes are astoundingly beautiful. I had to get a bit used to the cork which does not behave like leather but leader also can be uncomfortable at times.
However I had an issue with a sole that came off and customer support was amazing. They covered super quickly the cost of the whole repair and took the feedback to the factory. Super please with the support specially.
