Tried to book online for an hour - used the app, the website, the PC, the iPad and it all works until you get to payment then it freezes and the 10 minutes expires so you have to start again. A truly amateur business who try to save money by not developing proper systems. According to the many tweets and reports they don't listen to customers either as this has been going on for months. I do understand this stuff and believe me they must be a true bunch of muppets to not resolve this problem.

Despite the fact that the locals in Stroud would like to see more independent films and that even during the summer season this venue is mostly empty this cinema still insists on screening only Hollywood blockbusters. Not only a bad business policy but shows utter contempt for the local community. The App is appalling too.

Tried to book cinema tickets online using my meerkat voucher code which was active and valid and it just kept saying code was invalid....i tried ringing to book my tickets but they couldnt accept voucher codes over the phone so i had to go into the cinema to get my tickets...using the same meerkat voucher code which was supposidly invalid when i tried booking online. .its a joke,

Truly the worst website in the history of the web. I can't be the only one who uses Windows Edge, yet Vue cannot handle it. Normally I can't view the ticket choices. Today I can't pay by card - the box is blanked out and won't accept any entry for credit card details. Sort it out Vue. Your cinemas are good, your website is tripe.

The Myvue website is appalling - A slow motion car crash....Phone enquires to Vue are even worse...Unable to contact a Human being.

I can't really believe all the negative comments about the website yeah they did have a glitch in the system but was sorted pretty quick.
I've always booked online always got the seats I wanted and never had a problem with payment ticket codes ECT ECT..
I guess angry people are more likely to post a review than others who have a great experience with Vue.
My advice try it for yourself and make your own mind up don't listen to all the moaners who had to wait in an online queue for once in there lives bless them...

We always have ice cream and coffee when we go to the Vue,Eastleigh.
Unfortunately, for health reasons my partner can now only drink decaf coffee, which we were surprised to be told is not available.
Come on “Vue” a big organisation such as yours, can’t provide decaf coffee, surely not.

Website is rubbish, no app for 3 years! What the hell

honestly vue you need to sort your website and mobile app, it really is dire, takes ages to get through if you do get through, then you get a cant retrieve booking notice and then cant process payment after that, all in all wasting 20 minutes of your life !!!!!!!

Same feedback as others. How can a web site for a cinema need a queuing system - it's not exactly amazon. Then when you do get through it's really slow and finally after going through the booking procedure you just get 'Can't retrieve booking data - please try again later'!

Seriously Vue - fire your IT director!

Que at vue ? And after a 25 minutes wait still can't book? Called helpline to book and there was a 45 minute wait. Is this a joke ?

Never experienced a queue on a website. Could expect it during the boxing day sales but a Saturday morning in July? It said I could close the page and retain my place in the queue.... Came back and got pushed further.

Dreadful website. 11 minutes queue time to just see film times.
Doesn't seem to have an android app anymore.
Online access to vue has always been rubbish, but this is pathetic

worst website ever! upgrade your infrastructure! in this day and age this is tottaly unacceptable. learn from Odeon or showcase.

Awful, awful website. Constantly crashes, takes ages to load a page, and now I have to queue for 11 minutes to get onto it just to check film times? How can they not handle the small amount of traffic they must have? How many thousands of websites must have much more traffic than this that don't have this problem. Poor beyond belief

Web site, their life blood for bookings, how can it be so terribly poor. Not just one offs, all the time. Either pitifully slow or so slow it times you out. Error messages all point toward their server not anyones device or ISP.

Useless for a company like this, look at changing your IT staff and investing more.

Barely Usable

Trying to book a movie through this website is unbearable.
Trying to find out what times movies are is a chore

2 hours of my life wasted trying to book 4 tickets with a code on the website. gave up then phoned and cannot use codes on the phone AND you would still have to queue for pre ordered tickets. Operator then suggest popping in to get tickets ( like I was going to Drive there twice) or on the day when they may not have any. DO THEY NOT TEST WEBSITES ANYMORE

Shockingly terrible website, an app that barely works at all, when it's not giving some stupid message about 'The force is weak at the moment', which it has now been doing for two weeks.

Crap, crap, crap, crap. And crap.
