There was an issue with the first product sent to me - I reached out to the team and they were professional and prompt.
They replaced my order with no additional cost for reproduction and shipping. The team has been efficient in responding to my queries and just today, when I received the item, happy with the quality. 🙂

I recieved the wrong sized custom blow up doll and it had a hole in it!

When I contacted customer service they proceeded to tell me they can not express post the new one as it is not their problem.

Will not be using again

Tshirt material was not good quality at all and looks very cheap.

So better than I expected, nice soft material and totally quick turn around from ordering to delivery….

We had a complication with our logo when our shirts were printed. The team were more than respectful and extremely helpful in reprinting our shirts. The team were fast in responding, everything was clearly explained and preview of all our shirts. Will be using this company in the future for all our t-shirt designs.

Had a slight problem and the prompt response was greatly appreciated.

The shirts are such good quality for the price and the photo print is spot on. We have ordered 37 of these shirts so far and only one of the parcels has been delayed (postal issue not the company). I emailed customer service and they responded within the day and the parcel arrived a few days later. These shirts are perfect for any birthday celebration and we can't wait to wear them on our upcoming cruise!!!

Customer service replied very promptly to answer my questions prior to ordering and also when I had a printing error on my product they quickly arranged a replacement at no cost to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY COMPELTE SCAM AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Sold me a product for Father’s Day, then told me a week later the product is out of stock then send me a link to a completely different product that looked AWFUL then I was told even if I chose the awful product there was no way I would have it by Father’s Day. Tried to reach out online only to be met with complete stupidity with a statement of “we don’t ship after purchase” and didn’t understand why I was saying that made no sense. Asked to speak to someone else was told I’d have to come back in 3 hours THEN they ended the conversation.

I am beyond disgusted. I am now going to try and get my order made by a local embroidery company. I guess moral of the story is - support local business not companies who do not supply the product they advertised! Also, do not believe the reviews on their website- there is literally NO WHERE on that site you can put your reviews.

Awful experience. 0/10 would never ever recommend.
