Vivian was an enormous help!!!! Order got delivered quickly and was so cute

I had a very frustrating experience with MyPhotoSocks and would strongly advise others to be cautious.

I ordered two customized shirts with an expected delivery date of February 12. The stated production time was 7–9 days, but that deadline passed with no delivery and no communication. Customer support was also very difficult to reach.

After I finally got a response, they promised to prioritize my order and gave a new estimated delivery date of February 17. That date also passed with no delivery or proper update.

They did provide a tracking number at some point, but it appears unreliable and does not reflect any real progress. The order has remained unclear and unresolved.

Because of the delay and lack of transparency, I opened a support ticket and also left a review on Trustpilot. Only after that did they contact me, apologizing and claiming they would send me some money as compensation for the inconvenience.

However, I never received any refund. When I asked for proof of the transaction so I could check with my bank, they failed to provide anything.

Later, they claimed that my shipping address was incorrect. I re-sent the exact same address I originally provided, but they are now asking me to pay an additional $10 shipping fee to send it again. Despite multiple messages, they refuse to clearly confirm whether the address is valid or if the order can actually be delivered.

At this point, I have received:

* No product
* No confirmed valid tracking
* No proof of production
* No refund despite their promise
* Repeated emails asking for extra payment

This entire experience feels very unreliable and misleading. I would not recommend ordering from this company, especially if you expect transparency, timely delivery, or honest customer support.

It was extremely easy to place my order. My shipment arrived faster than expected. Excellent customer service.

It took very long for it to be ready and ship I paid for the extra shipping and it still took almost a month to get. The photo magnet does not stay on my fridge.

I was really excited for the customized Magic card I made for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day, but was extremely disappointed when it arrived. Our photo was not cropped to fit properly on the card and half of our faces do not show because it is covered by the words on the card. It did not even give an option to adjust the image to fit the card, so I assumed the production company would take care of it to fit properly. What was supposed to be a simple cute gift tailored to his favorite game now feels like a bad gift to give. I hope they will resend a new one that fits our faces on the card, but we will see. :(

The material of the shirt is not what it looks as advertised. Quality of it looks cheap and it’s an almost silky texture not cotton. The picture did not come out well on the shirt either. I would not order from this company again.

I checked the mock up closely and the pictures were sharp and clear. I received the order and the photos were very grainy and blurry. The product I received is not what I approved. I did everything on my end to check the mock up. I’m very disappointed in the product I received.

Order was received with an error but it was quickly fixed by customer service. I am thrilled with the final product. I can't wait to gift it to my husband on our Anniversary.

The quality of photos is awful and after contacting customer service i have had no answer. I want to return the view finder and they will not answer me.

My experience was excellent, They made sure that I was happy with my order and it was an amazing gift for my son-in-law. I ordered a personalized Magic card.

First the website was hard to navigate. After completing my order it tacked on several charges. I had to figure out what they were all for then delete what I didn’t want. I was excited to order as a Christmas gift of pictures of my parents that recently passed. After reviewing my order the pictures looked great but what I received was aweful. So grainy, fuzzy & dull. Really hard to see! I tried 3 different viewmasters to see if that was the problem. Nope! Just a really crummy reel. Very disappointed to give as a memory gift. Sure wish I would have checked reviews before ordering. Looks like everyone that ordered Viewfinder reels were 100% disappointed. Very sad company!

Extremely disappointed in the quality of the reels. I purchased three view finders with reels to give as gifts. The images on the reels are so blurry- they are unrecognizable and several of the images are cropped, cutting the heads off of those in the picture (despite being able to approve them.) there is no way I can give these as gifts. Unfortunately I had to spend quite a bit MORE MONEY ordering new reels from a different company. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend this product to anyone. Complete waste of my money.

The worst experience with an online store. worse the temu quality. Writing was backward. Paid extra for card cases, but two were too small and one was too big for the cards to fit. some didnt have the sheen as advertised. i contatacted costumer service, and it's been 3 weeks and still not resolved. SCAM DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Socks arrived in good quality. Support team were really helpful and prompt. Even when there was an error was on my end, Vivian and her team were very supportive and wanted to help make sure I received what I needed. Will happily use their services again.

I ordered customized socks and 2 different kinds of key chain with pictures. The socks were well-done, the first set of key chain is alright, but the second one looks nothing like the pictures.
Overall somewhat satisfied, it's just too bad with the waste of money on the second type of key chains.

I luv the View Master - the retro flashbacks is cool - great way to get photos off your phone and somewhere to keep (4/5 stars ‘cause the quality is not that great) but otherwise worth every cent (tictaced with Vivian who was amazing)

The Pillow gift turned out so very cute. I can't wait until I can give it to the person I made it for! I have 4 of them myself, one of each of my dogs.

Ordered a personalised Christmas present. This company use Evri. Evri lost the parcel which they informed of in an email which I sent to this company. Evri told them there was an address issue (there wasn't) and no refund has been issued. So My photo socks side with a criminal courier and don't refund. I am now out of pocket.
