Was so impressed with the whole myDNA process. Super easy to do the test in the comfort of your home, send it off in the mail and then get the results back within a couple of weeks.

The communication through email provided clear and regular updates on what to expect next, and the report was full of insight.

The app is also fantastic and full or great meal ideas and workouts.

All the insights are so interesting! Love the exercise plans too!

I've had my subscription for nearly 6 months, and use it everyday for recipes, workouts and health insights. It's helped my parter and I get a better understanding on our health, how our bodies work and what we are deficient in. Everyone needs to know more about their DNA!

My flatmate recommended this as she's been trying to lose weight for a while and she's loving the customised insights. So I ended up getting it too! I'm getting customised facts about my own dna and genes which is pretty cool. Got to know more about my bones, skin, b vitamins...it's really helped me discover why I'm so lethargic all the time.

i finally found something that works for me... at last a solution to stop my weight from fluctuating all over the place. i found the dna information to be helpful and relevant to my lifestyle. the results take a while but worth the wait. very happy

This is a great programme which would benefit anyone no matter what your goals are. myDNA has really helped me understand what is truly unique to me and how best to use this information to utilize the tools included in the app (meal and workout plans) to reach my goals. It’s not a one size fits all like most plans out there. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to make sensible changes for the longer term.

My DNA sent a pack for California not Australia.
UPS still has. They have now contacted me after weeks.
So my money was wasted.
There is no phone number to contact.
I was duped by Chanel 7 Wellness program.
Be aware. Parcel should be sent back to Victoria Australia. And get a phone number and contact details if something goes wrong.

Absolute waste of money. The results are very vague and completely contradictory. For example, I have a gene that means I’m likely to be overweight, while also being likely to have a low body mass index???
Really disappointed considering the high price. I emailed to receive advice about my results given how little information I received (and how confused I was by the mixed results) but heard nothing back.
Spend your money elsewhere.

Basic service, be careful. You will get some very generic results. I thought i was going to get some information on pharmaceuticals I should avoid but this was not made available. I reached out to support but it takes about a week for anyone to get back to you. This is not a full DNA report service like some others I've seen.

Apparently I am not able to get my results unless I provide my credit card details. Maybe a warning lable on the package that reads Warning: Credit Card required to get results. I will be taking this up with the ACCC and the relevant Ombudsman followed by a small claims court action as numerous emails back and forth must be bouncing of the same robot.

I ordered a kit and got nothing. There was no update on shipping. When I called to find out about it, you can't actually reach anyone. I left voicemail message and also sent an email through their contact form. No one seems to returns calls or email back. I want a refund.

This is the most complete wellness app I have seen. I love all the data and the meals and workouts are awesome! Great job guys, I’m loving it!

I purchased a DNA wellness kit,filled in necessary details and posted it off. My results arrived, i checked out all results online. I was extremely surprised and interested in all info given, further info to improve my health, ideas, recipes, exercise, plus a lot of follow-up for new info. I still use this DNA and am SO thankful I did send this kit for analysis. Thank you

I had love handles since kid but now, with 54 yrs old got an answer. It is my genetics and I need to be very careful with my food portions If I want to stay lean. For many years I was looking for an answer and with mydna test I understood my problem. Also, I was aware about sort of strength of my legs. So mydna test told me that I have fibers as sprinter. Besides all this, it is a very affordable cost.....congratulations

Wish I did this 3 years earlier, could of saved myself the trial and error of 13/20 medications that I was tested for, that turns out my body didn’t metabolise. So glad I didn’t have to waste any more time. Highly recommend to all!!!
