I'm going to fight with every fiber of my being to get my money back from this SCAM of a sight.

I'm so mad!

I have done the test 2 months ago and I still haven't received any result! The app is not working for android neither everytime I try to connect with my code. And they are not replying to my emails!! Such a scam and waste of money! DON'T buy it

Absolute rubbish. Data was so irrelevant to me. Not just one or two areas, but most areas were not correct. "meal plans" don't take into account any food alergies or intolerances. In fact, it told me I was NOT lactose intolerant, and I am - VERY. It was not at all what I was expecting from the marketing. Very "general" information, and I hated the fact that I couldn't get the results in a written report or on my computer - rather having to download a phone app and read on a tiny screen. I would NOT recommend mydna to anyone - complete waste of time and money.

Thank you for sending me my results. There is a problem in the myDNA app because when I read my results the type is barely legible. I’m not sure if this is just an app problem or my device. The print on all other parts of the app is perfectly clear/ it’s just my results which are difficult to read.

I am very disappointed with this service. There's one fact that no one tells you before order. The result is available only through the phone application. And unfortunately this app is broken - it is not possible to download it from Google Play, although I have a smartphone and a high level of Android. So I spent money for which I won't get a result. I wrote several times to customer service, but no answer. I regret ordering it.

Im unable to locate app for downloading therefore im unable to read my results.
Please advise

My app won’t open. I have emailed tech support at least a dozen times and talked to Jeremy at the Houston lab and have received no help whatsoever. My results are due back tomorrow and I won’t to be able to view them unless the problem is fixed. Terrible tech support!

A lot of really good information, but for me, I would have liked a little more detail surrounding the possible implications of certain genetic traits.

However, that said, the test has resolved two longstanding questions regarding my health that I had previously been unaware that there might have been a genetic aspect to. So this has been really good and has helped me to understand so much more about something I have struggled with for years and have been unable to resolve.

One thing I would really like is the ability to order follow-up testing for specific things such as hereditary AF, the APOE4 gene, and so on. Perhaps these things could be included in a premium subscription?

Overall, a really interesting and valuable exercise and something I would recommend.

I was blown away by the amount of information I received and their diet and exercise recommendations for me .
Definitely worth doing and I would not hesitate to recommend My DNA. I wish this had been available years ago it would have changed my life .

Don’t waste your money…..no follow up with a real person…..you can’t print off the results…….advise such as if you eat more than you need you will put on weight….. nothing useful from the repy

The trainings are pretty high intensity. It would be great to add allergies to food recommendations; for example i can’t eat fish or banana. The DNA analysis is interesting!

Very useful information to have. Really made a couple of my habits, strengths and weaknesses start to make sense and allow me to work with those. Would highly recommend

Really impressive results you can get by performing the health DNA test. Lot of insights on how your DNA can impact your normal life, Obesity, Iron, coffe, vitamins etc…
Using those info can help you manage your health and understand your strengths and weaknesses

Hi,, the tests related process was well. But I do not find the clear guidance how to use teh results nor recommendations clear and actionable.

Three stars is the best I can do because of a huge problem for me...lack of any consolidated information about the effects of my specific genes. Initially getting the list of my specific variations is a great start but dribbling out the consequences over time maybe good business practice but just frustrates me. I would even pay more if all the info you have or will send me about specific effects was consolidated. Now I have to save individual emails received over time to get "my story"

Great product, information and references to underpinning research. However being only able to view access the information in the app is ridiculous - this information should be able to be exported to a pdf/ print friendly version for those who don’t have or don’t want to use a smart phone all the time or those who consume information better in a printed form ( or who want to share with the health partners).

It was useful information in an easy to understand format. The articles were well tailored to my DNA results.
