Clarion housing the worse housing association
I was a tenant of clarion housing since 2019 until the 12/09/26, for over a year I had a neighbour who was also a tenant of theirs put me through hell with harassment, death threats and putting my home address online and they done nothing at all in that time, my mental health suffered and also my physical health as well which made my autoimmune disease flare up all the time. I am no longer a tenant and I would deter anyone else to become one as all clarion care about is money and not their tenants.

There is no point trying to do anything further, the lady from the tenancy specialist team is not fit for her job tells lies about police officer saying something and when I ask this officer they told me they hadn’t said anything to her regarding my housing situation as they are unable to say things like that. Your housing association pushed me so far that I nearly had another mental health breakdown and you put my life in jeopardy because of this neighbour. Clarion housing is the lowest of the low as a company who does not care one bit about their tenants at all. You should be closed down.

Peter w was very helpful and patient with me. My chat was disconnected and picked up by him. I explained the issue with my buzzer and he fast tracked the issue to 24hrs. Company contacted me few hours later and I got a appointment early next week. Thanks for your help.

Terrible Staff
From 2022-2024 we experienced terrible anti social behaviour which involved stalking, physical and verbal abuse. People injecting outside our door and someone in a balaclava coming to our door, my car also got written off. This was so traumatic it made us ill and Clarion paid for Court proceedings and moved us. We were told he wouldn’t attend our new property but he did several times. Yesterday we were told he wouldn’t attend again. He hadn’t told his manager he had this job this morning and attended again. Laughing that camera maliciously enjoying our pain.
