Very disappointing complaint handling…
Very disappointing complaint handling from Clarion. What should have been a relatively straightforward issue dragged on for months, requiring repeated chasing and eventually escalation to Stage 2.
The final Stage 2 review actually acknowledged that the original investigation had failed to address several important aspects of my complaint. While I appreciate that, it should not take months and a Stage 2 escalation for problems to be properly investigated and acknowledged.
The whole process was unnecessarily slow, frustrating and time-consuming.

Very professional and good outcome
Update. The repair team did not arrive on the appointment. So much as kia was good again clarion activity is false . So will have to go back to telephone to get things done.
I take back 5 star 🌟 at least have the decency to admit that I'm old white man that you don't care about .

Next door
My next door is the tenant of a property belonging to Clarion housing which has a rodent infestation . It is affecting the neighbourhood. The staff, Chanelle, was helpful and understanding. I don't know what Clarion Housing Association would do as I had a bad experience with this company.

Hole in the ceiling
Hole in the ceiling, black mould in the loft, solar panels not working, leak coming from ceiling, bath panels ripped off and left by operatives, numerous visits, all still unresolved. Housing disrepair solicitor now involved.
