John Holden was kind, patient and helpful when I contacted Clarion about the broken communal lighting outside my flat and a damaged mirror in the lift. I am disabled and at high risk of falling, so I was worried and struggling to get these issues reported.
John took my concerns seriously, raised both repairs as emergency callouts and provided the reference numbers, explaining that someone should attend within 24 hours.
His care and reassurance meant a lot to me. Thank you, John, for making a difficult day a little easier. 😊

i have been having disrepairs since monday,and since monday i first of all had a leak on the pipes under sink, and tghe next day once builders left,i had no hot water .now today i have no gas on the meter,i put 30 pounds on sunday and now its done,i dont have another 30 to get more gas,further more tghe works your workers have left me without heat water and now im short due to no gas which is obviously drained from your workjers,the team leader said he will let clarion know and i tried to get intouch yesrday and today and yet no one has helped but instead has put me on hold and its really stressful to keep explaining the situation and it fall on deaf ears,i do know by aswaab law that this should be dealt with within 24 hours and yet nothing or no one is even taken the job seriously.disgusted and disgusting service ,support is zero ,a bit of accountability would help so much but now going into day two with this

An outstanding experience with Shareen Thomas today!
Dealing with housing issues can be so stressful, and I was genuinely dreading making this phone call today. I usually get passed around or given conflicting information, and it took me 20 minutes of bracing myself before I could even dial.
Thankfully, I spoke to Shareen Thomas. She was an absolute gem and a total asset to Clarion. Shareen was incredibly clear, precise, calm, and collected. Instead of the usual confusion, she confirmed exactly what I already knew and made everything make sense. She deserves a 10/10 recommendation. Clarion needs more advisors just like her!! not just robotic workers, other wise might aswel replace them with machines! I left the call smiling. First time ive got something good to say about these advisors and also the lady I spoke to on Friday but I was trying to explain to her aswel but everything has all been set straight. Shareen your amazing and thank you. Pleasant and lovely speaking to you. Keep doing what you do, I'm sure you will go far.

Nichola addressed all my requests and arranged appointments on outstanding repairs. Nichola was courteous in her communication.

I received excellent 5 star service from the agent that dealt with my repair enquiry. However, clarion repair service 1 star service waiting 5 months so far for my broken front door to be fixed, currently waiting for an appointment.

I finally managed to get an appointment to have a noise survey done on my flat, as per the Ombudsman’s ruling, after being ignored for several months.

I took a half day off work and got home in time for the appointment only to receive a call that it was now cancelled. A wasted afternoon.

Another appointment was scheduled and I explained that I was having to take time off unpaid so this next appointment really needed to go ahead as planned. I took another half day off work and waited in all afternoon. No one bothered to show up. No phone call to let me know, no apology, nothing.

You might think, having waited 4 years for this issue to be resolved, going through stage 1 and 2 of Clarion’s complaints process, having to get my MP and Environmental Health involved, and getting a favourable ruling from the Ombudsman, that my case might be a priority. Think again.

I have now had to make another formal complaint and will go through the whole escalation process again if I have to. Somebody needs to contact me ASAP. I am sick and tired of being messed around!

Local management teams .dont have a clue what there job rolls are and are under qualified for there positions and very inexpericed
Complete lack of communication with issues they are ment to be taking care of .
Gets very frustrating as you can only deal with these idiots sent out by clarion .
