Apart from the delay in my orders being processed, everything went well. After the confirmation it was ready for pickup, I turned up the order and paperwork was ready and the staff friendly.

Fast and effective.

I bought something but I didn’t receive Invoice. I send an email about this problem but nobody reached me or solved my problem. I couldn’t get an answer.

Fast shipping, great communication.

Everything went wrong with this wholesaler. No respect what's so ever for our business. 1st order took 2 weeks after payment to arrive. I called them several times, never went through. The calls would be redirected to someone very polite but useless as she would write a note that I called but nobody called me back, never. I tried a 2nd time, went bad as well. Got a part refund without any communication or any explanation. With some of the items not being in stock, my margin got eaten by the less quantity received as I had to pay postage. Another loss. Around 1 month later I have contacted the company around 3 weeks ago through their form on their website to request a copy of my invoices and ( I can't believe it ) I didn't have so far any reply. Very frustrating and will never, never use them again.

I placed an order (MX86023) with MX Wholesale on 24th April for a pallet of 5L water that was advertised as in stock with a 2–4 day delivery time. It's now 7th May, and I still haven’t received my order.

Despite several phone calls and an email on 29th April, all I’ve gotten is a vague reply on 30th April saying they’d get back to me with a delivery date “shortly” – but they never did. Every time I call, they take my details and promise a callback that never happens.

This level of poor customer service, lack of updates, and failure to fulfil what they advertised is unacceptable. I’ve now requested a full refund and will not be ordering from them again. Avoid this company if you value your time and money.

I placed an order with MX Wholesale on 9th April and paid a substantial amount for next day delivery. However, the order arrived approximately four days later than expected.

Upon receipt, I discovered that several boxes of matches were severely damaged (please refer to the attached photographs). I contacted MX Wholesale’s Customer Service immediately upon opening the parcel, but to date, I have not received any response. Despite following up multiple times for an update or resolution, I have been met with silence.

This experience suggests a lack of regard for customer satisfaction. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative suppliers who genuinely value their customers. Save yourself the inconvenience and disappointment.

Ordered items but some of them were the wrong items. Emailed and called them twice to resolve and was eventually told someone would call back but they never do.

Avoid at all cost. Placed my first order with them and they sent the wrong products. They advertised a completely different product. I got told they will arrange collection for this but they are ignoring my calls, not replying back to emails and the customer service advisors just fob you off and hang up. Im stuck with a product which i never ordered and do not want. Worst customer service ive experienced in a long time

I have been trying to place an order since November 2024, I have called several times and each time I am told someone will call you back. I am wondering if this is probably a sign not to make any purchases. If I can have so much with trying to place an order how about when I actually place an order and need someone from there to assist?
I wonder why MX is making it sooo hard for me to give them my money!!

I had placed an order MX83701 for some hand sanitizers from December 14th that stated there was free shiping to mainland UK on the website. Then proceeded to download the Shop app to observe the tracking.

Four days had passed and it was still preparing shipment on the Shop app. So I called up to check the progress, the agent sounded confused and had no idea that free shipping had been available, I dont even think he knew what day it was. He stated that he had to contact the manager and would call me back in 5 mins.

Two hours passed and no call back so called MX wholesale orders no reponse, called from another number and got the same guy. He then explained that free shipping was not available...So then the items were missold and it would have just been left in a limbo state! Asked for refund as I didnt want to deal with them anymore as it seems like the company is been ran by amateurs!

One box of my order which included many items was not delivered. Contacted via email several times. Not one reply. Phoned several times and always told it'll be looked into and then the call is ended. No follow up or communication has happened. It has been weeks now. I will never use this company again

Delivery was a little slow than I am used to,but the refund on unavailable items was super quick and I am very happy with the items received 😀

Placed order 12 days ago and all items were in stock , got email two days ago stating that a lot of items are now unavailable , equating to about 22% of my total order . I have phoned them twice in the last couple of days and emailed yesterday , as previous comments they say we will resolve this and call you later , but they don't and with previous orders I have placed in the past same level of customer service . The only good thing about this company is there prices are very competitive and the order does turn up in the end although always incomplete , they do refund the difference though . If they concentrated a little more on customer service levels and updated available stock levels then I would rate them a 5 .

Communication re delivery was excellent and when arrived the driver was first rate. Couldn’t ask for better.
