Avoid this company !!!!!

Disgusting customer service, do not use these. They have taken over a thousand pound from me and ever time I get in contact they will take a message but never call you back. They won’t refund my order and the item I’ve ordered they have confirmed is out of stock. Scammers

The worst company ever. I am a buyer and want to place orders, but no one is helping me. I have called five times and emailed around 10 times, but they just keep telling me we will get back to you but they dont!

Very profession as always.

Worst ever service and supplier in my life. They dont care about customers. They say next day dispatch or delivery on orders above GBP 200. My order was bit bigger and kept on calling each hour to customer care of MX WHOLE, same answer each time "We cannot help with anything, we dont have status of your order; wait or cancel your order. No cancellation confirmation if you want to cancel or get deliver"

WOW - Intended to make an order for Sugar - 15 x 1kg bags. For a private individual - Royal Mail - 20kg - £10.55 medium parcel.
A company such as this will have contracts with couriers so the Postage cost of nearly £60.00 for a £12.99 order is just ridiculous.

I have sent many items that are between 10kg and 20kg the postage cost has never been more than £20.

I placed an order well in advance—13 days ahead—to ensure everything would arrive in time. It’s now day 13 and not only have I still not received the items, but the entire experience has been a complete nightmare.
At day 8, I emailed to chase the order—no reply. On day 12, I made three phone calls in the hope someone would actually honour the so-called free next-day delivery. Each time I called, I pressed the option for existing orders to get through to someone and was told someone dealing with existing orders will call me back—in other words, “We’ll pass the message on.”
I do feel sorry for the lady answering the calls; she probably got the brunt of my frustration, and she mentioned there’s a backlog of calls they’re working through. But this is not my fault, and they should be doing something to fix it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told it was impossible to be put through to anyone higher up.
Well, guess what? No one ever got back to me.
Now I have 24 incredibly disappointed children because the items are no longer arriving in time—and to top it off, I’ll now have to go through the added hassle of trying to chase down a refund for goods I no longer want or need.
Completely unacceptable service from start to finish. If you’re relying on this company to deliver on time, especially for an important event—don’t. You’ll be left scrambling and let down.
Wish me luck getting my money back... I’ll need it.

UPDATE DAY 14 still no call back received so tried calling again- Guess what?… someone will call me back 🤣😂 I’m still waiting!

Absolutely shocking service

Product is as ordered. But delivery took just too long.

Terrible customer support I called they 10 times about my order no answer?

I’ve phoned them several times did not respond. Very bad service will never shop or recommend this company to anybody.

After reading the reviews I stupidly went ahead and placed a pallet order on 14/05/2025, paying courier charge of nearly £66 (when on their website it states that pallet orders over £550 is free of charge), brought this to the attention of their "customer services", was told that someone will contact me, and guess what.... as of today no goods, no update at all.
Every time I called, message was taken and was told that order processing team will contact as soon as possible, as message was marked as URGENT. Well clearly their "URGENT" is not urgent at all!
Please URGENTLY process my refund!!!

If I could give them MINUS -100*, I would for sure, the worst company I ever dealt with.
Out of 3 times I placed orders with them, only one, back in Nov24 was delivered after 2 weeks of chasing and endless amount of phone calls.
2nd order placed in Mar25, after 3 weeks of phone calls and "Urgent" messages that were sent to the team dealing with orders that were never addressed, funds refunded with no update at all.
3rd order placed 2 weeks ago... as of today 28/05/25 , once again after numerous amount of calls..... no update... today I requested for the refund, as this is not how you conduct business... lets see how long it will take for them to issue it.

I have ordered the wrong item, I called your customer service 3 times and was told I will get a call back to arrange a refund and order the correct item but never did. I also sent an email I never got an answer to. All the people on the phone said was "sorry I only take messages". You'll not see me ordering from you

Once found what we was looking for, it was all together so next time we can cut our time in there by half.
We actually couldn’t find the warehouse to begin with has it’s not called mx on the signage outside, perhaps need to put a sign up.
