MX Wholesale Anmeldelser

Service is great and very friendly

Seamless customer experience when placing my order and through to delivery with constant email notifications and updates. Awesome service, I strongly recommend. However, one of the item was delivered damaged. I have emailed customer service for a replacement. Which I hope they will deal with speedily.

Great experience once again, nursery stocked with compost. Delivery perfect too. Thanks again.

"I was charged more than the agreed price because this company failed to meet the agreed delivery terms. Despite multiple conversations, I was still charged twice for delivery. The communication was very poor, and the delivery was late."

Perfect as described and quick delivery!!

I am really grateful about MX Wholesale. They handled my request efficiently and effectively. The customer service was excellent with professional service and clear cut communication. They delivered on time with generous gifts. Thank you for the free tooth brush. Now I will always order from you. By Sulayman

Hi the are very good

Your service was good but my order got delivered to the wrong street same house number and different postcode so it was not delivered to me is had to fetch it

Order despatched in a timely manner and happy with this purchase.

The order took too long to arrive.

Great service, speedy delivery.

Great product at a fantastic price. Hardest part was getting an accurate delivery date. Staff were lovely but obviously dealing with poor systems.
Would buy again as long as I didn’t have a short deadline.

Goods delivered were as described , were slightly cheaper than I could find from other wholesalers and were delivered within the stipulated timeframe. This was for a pallet.

Delivery take 2 weeks to arrive for one box so a pallet could easily take a month to arrive

You had what I wanted

Very good service
