Elerian, unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat uns super Tipps gegeben Ratschläge und war telefonisch gut erreichbar und antwortet schnell

Mts hat uns gut betreut, bei der Ankunft war es etwas problematisch, weil wir nicht wussten wo und bei wem wir uns melden sollten für den Transfer. Während unseres Aufenthalt hat alles gut geklappt unser Betreuer Osama hat einen sehr guten Job gemacht. Vielen Dank dafür.

Leider muss man bei MTS Glück haben mit der Reiseleitung und dem Guide! Die beiden Besten sind Khaled Mohamed und Baba in Cairo ansonsten ist das ganze nur abzocke und ich habe vieles gebucht.Cairo war mit Flug und Nilfahrt! War super! Schnorcheln schlecht Fotograf ein Abzogger Hurghada Fischmarkt langweilig und Verkaufstour nur die Moschee war interessant. Beduinen Safari waren nur die natursachen gut die man Verkauft hat Rest war langweilig und morgen noch Piratenschiff mal schauen wie das wird!

OK so me and my son recently got back from Tenerife and booked through Love holidays they used MTS as a transfer it was okay being picked up from the airport but going back to the airport was a disaster. On the slip from the hotel and love holidays app it said to be at reception at 7:52 am we got there at 7:54 am went straight to reception and I asked her if the coach has arrived yet she said no and to wait at least five minutes and maybe it might come five minutes come and gone I kept going outside checking to see if the coach was out there and no coach so I went back inside asked the reception to call the number on the app. She called the number on the app got through to a lady they were speaking in Spanish so I didn't understand a word what was being said until the receptionist I believe her name was every ERI asked if my name was Adam at first I said no that's not my name I'm not a man and then she then went on to ask the lady on the phone that's not her name and then she came back and said another name Denise I said yes that's my middle name and then she asked again what my surname was I gave her the surname and then they eventually found me on their system and said that the coach turned up at 7:56 am and I was in shock because we did not see no coach whilst sat inside the reception facing the outside. I then asked the receptionist if you could ask the lady on the phone at MTS if they can resend another coach to pick up me and my son because I've paid for the transfer and she said no the lady down the phone said no to this point I was really getting annoyed because I paid for my transfer the least that the coach man could've done is come inside and had a look to see if there's any more customers that need to go on the coach I'm clearly sure that he has a list of people that need to go on the coach and for example here if he had four people on the list and only two people on the on the coach he then should've proceeded inside and ask if anybody else needs to come on this coach.

So clearly they did not bother to check to see if anybody was inside there's no rule or does not state anywhere that you have to sit wait outside for someone to turn up.
We then proceeded with a taxi to the airport which cost us €133 which I was not happy about I'm still waiting for this refund from love holidays I should also get this refund from MTS group as they are absolutely rubbish I would never be using them again

Osama ist ein sehr guter Reiseleiter,er kümmert sich um alles und ist für Familien sehr geeignet. Empfehlung top

We had a very helpful guide from mts. Unfortunately we booked the wrong hotel, so we could not be together with our family. But when we told this our responsible mts guy Osama, he immediately cared for everything, so we could change to the right hotel just the next day. Our guide from mts was very friendly and helpful - great service.

Alle Leute waren super nett, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Essen war lecker und es gibt im allgemeinen nichts schlechtes zu sagen.
Man wird rundum versorgt.

Wir wurden in Hurghada von MTS und dem Reiseleiter Mustafa sehr gut betreut. Er hat uns gute Informationen zu den Ausflügen gegeben und noch mal über WhatsApp zu den Abfahrtzeiten informiert. Das Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis unserer drei Ausflüge stimmte. Hervorzuheben ist der Ausflug in die Wüste zu den Beduinen. Hier war Chaled unser Reiseleiter, der die Gruppe dreisprachig hervorragend betreute. Dieser Ausflug und der Ausflug mit dem Panoramaboot sind auch für Kinder sehr zu empfehlen. Beim Quadfahren und beim Schnorcheln kümmerten sich die Begleiter um die Kinder, so dass diese auch tolle Erlebnisse hatten. Die Fotografen haben wunderschöne Fotos und Videos zu erschwinglichen Preisen gemacht.

Transfer van het vliegveld naar ons hotel in Hurghada was uitstekend.
De volgende ochtend hebben wij kennis gemaakt met onze reisleider van MTS die gedurende onze vakantie klaar voor ons staat. Deze reisleider spreekt Nederlands en hij organiseert ook excursies.
Deze Fahim is zeer vriendelijk en in geval van nood kunnen wij hem bereiken en dat geeft een veilig gevoel.

Sehr nette kompetent Reiseführer, haben uns sicher überall begleitet

Wir hatten am 17.3.26 einen Bootstrip von Hurghada Marina über 2 Schnorchelhalts zu zur Eden Island mit MTS gebucht.
Pünktlich wurden wir abgeholt und zu einem sehr schönen Boot gebracht. Sehr freundliches und lustiges Personal und immer um die Sicherheit der Passagiere bemüht. Die 2 Schnorchelplätze waren schön und wir hatten das Glück auch Delfine zu sehen.
Es gab ein leckeres Mittagessen mit reichlich Auswahl : Fisch , Fleisch , Gemüse , Nudeln , Reis , Kartoffeln , Soßen und Salate . Für jeden war etwas dabei. Getränke zwischendurch und zum Essen gab es reichlich. Zum Schluss fuhren wir zu Eden Island für 90 Minuten. Relaxen am Strand oder Baden war möglich. Danach entspannt zum Hafen zurück. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Ausflug.

We had a trip to Cairo, piramides and sphinx and the entire trip was amazing. The toure guide Walla did teach us about the history of Egypt and how the egyptions really are. We had a short cruise on the Nile, we visited the piramides and the great musseum. Everything was verry well organized!! Thank you MTS!!
