Dass die Reisebegleiter mehrsprachig unterwegs sind, auf uns aufpassen.
Das Essen war gut und die Busfahrt ist angenehm gewesen.

War von vorne bis hinten ein wirklich schöner Tag. Pünktliche Abholung, den ganzen Tag begleitet worden und ein paar Geheimtipps gab‘s vom Tourguide auch. Allen in allem ein wirklich toller Tag in Kairo. Gerne wieder :)

Tagesausflug war der Elite Snorkling VIP in Hurghada. Das Team um Mustafa war sehr nett, aufmerksam, entgegen kommend. Schnorcheln war super man hatte Zeit. Ausrüstung vorort und sauber.Beim Essen gab es eine gute Auswahl und es hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Zeit beim Eden Beach war auch super.

Es war sehr schön und freundliches Personal. Uns hat der Ausflug gefallen. Kann man weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren an vielen verschiedenen Orten wie dem Gemüse- und Fischmarkt, sind durch die Altstadt gefahren, haben uns eine Moschee angeschaut, einen wunderschönen Ausblick genossen und sind über die Marina spaziert, das alles wurde begleitet von einem tollen und super sympathischen deutschsprachigem Reiseführer Mohamad der uns allen auch noch kaltes Wasser spendiert hat! Ich würde diese Tour wirklich weiter empfehlen! Vielen Dank!!

Wir machten bei mts 3 Ausflüge-Kairo, Schnorchel Tour und Quart. Alle waren gut organisiert. Kamen immer pünktlich und wurden von der Abholung bis wieder zurück ans Hotel durch eine deutschsprachigen Reiseleiter begleitet.

Today we had a wonderful boat trip in Hurghada, arranged at the last minute by Fahim, our Dutch-speaking tour guide. Fahim thought of everything and explained everything clearly. It was a day we’ll never forget. Fahim has also arranged a safari tour for next Monday. We’re already looking forward to it and have every confidence in it, since this day was organized down to the last detail. A solid 10.

The star is for the tour guide, who was brilliant on the day. However he was let down by his company and booking rep . I believed I believed I was getting a proffesional service, however on the day it turned out this was nothing more than a scam to squeeze as much money out of you as possible

What was agreed and paid for prior was NOT what I expected in the day.

Extra charges for most things , turned out to not be included. R.g boat ride, some excursions and entrance to attractions.

They spent a lot of the time with stops to numerous shops . Not asked for or included in tour. Just to get you to buy more. The trip was not disability friendly .

Yes it was nice to see some sights , however very expensive for what turned out to be a money making schem by mts globe. Very disappointed.

MURA ist freundlich und hilfbereit...

Hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Wir waren in Luxor, wie auch in Kairo. Die Reiseführer waren sehr sachkundig und freundlich.

Today we took a trip from Hurghada to Luxor. We booked it through Yasser. The day before, he sends us a message with tips on what to bring that day. Very thoughtful. The day itself was absolutely fantastic! Our guide (Mena) explained everything on the bus, explaining exactly what we were going to do. In our case, it was Karnak, the Valley of the Kings, and Hatshepsut Temple. We also visited a papyrus factory and an alabaster factory and took a boat trip on the Nile (optional, extra charge). Lunch is included. We picked up a second guide (Mohammed) along the way because most of the group is Romani and he speaks the language well. He also had a lot of information about the places we visited. Both guides spoke good English. Mena is also very patient and helpful with people who have difficulty walking or need other assistance! We also had a lot of laughs with the whole group. All in all, a fantastic day! Highly recommended.

Perfect timing for pick up from hotel, very instructive on how to snorkel and dive. The food was really good and service aswell. Hossam was our tour guide and was very helpful and nice!

Goede service van de vriendelijke eigen taal sprekende man van MTS. Hij geeft duidelijke uitleg op al je vragen.

This travel agency utterly failed to provide any support when we needed it most. They refused to assist with booking alternative flights, leaving us to handle everything on our own. Our hotel was never informed about our extension, creating unnecessary stress and complications. The agency seems to have no sense of responsibility and does not prioritize customers at all. We strongly advise against using their services.

The team was very friendly and supportive.
Well organised trip.
Boat was very clean and the food was really nice.
Nothing to fault. Would highly recommended.
Mora best team lead and funny. Made sure everyone was safe in the boat.
