We had a great experience at the Grand Egyptian Museum and piramides. We had nothing to worry about, because of our tourguide! He gave us a wonderful tour, also the transfer and lunch were settled in a very good way. One of the most kindest persons we met at holidays!

Am Flughafen in Barcelona sprach ich einen Vertreter der MTS an, der mir mitteilte, dass ich nicht auf der Liste stehe.Nach einer Stunde Suche und Stress sagte er, er habe mich gefunden.Der Bus fuhr nicht zum Hotel, wir mussten mit unseren Koffern zu Fuß gehen.Er holt Sie nicht vom Hotel ab, Sie müssen zur angegebenen Adresse gehen.

Wir haben unsere alle Reisen von mts gebucht. Es war super Kundendienst. Hr. Mina war unsere Berater. Super höflich. Super nett und mega kooperativ Mensch. Mega freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Problem beim unsere gebuchten Hotelzimmer. Hr. Mina hat uns sofort geholfen und bekommen wir ein viel besserw Zimmer. Nur dank Hr. Mina.
Bei kommemdem Reisen werden mit Sicherheit mit Hr. Mina und mts weiter zusammenarbeiten.

We used this travel Agency for our Hurghada vacation this spring. It was a great experience and we enjoyed the amazing Tour programm. I can really recommend the Luxor, Quad and the Eden Island Tour 👌🏻🙌🏻😃

No show and lied about status. Eventually a local taxi was provided. This was part of a booking with Love Holidays - didn’t think for one minute to check the reviews and now home I see they are abysmal with many reports of missed pickups so it begs the question why LH continues to use MTS. A VERY STRESSFUL end to our holiday, I will never use again

We met Mokhles Shokralla on our first day when we were in Egypt. He introduced himself as the”Love holidays” representative at our hotel Shams Safaga. He was very helpful and easy to talk to.
We booked a couple of trips through his company. They were well prepared and we felt comfortable throughout both trips. We felt safe and well looked after. The trip to Luxor was for the whole day. The coach was clean, comfortable with a couple of drivers and a security guard. The guide was knowledgeable and helpful. We went to visit few sites where we got enough information and time to walk around with the group and on our own.
The trip to Hurghada was for half of a day. It was an unexpected experience but in a good way. The guide showed us the real Egyptian life and some of the non touristic areas where we could see how they were actually living. We visited a fish market, vegetable and fruits market, the old harbour and the actual one, travelled by boat then by carriage for some time. We had a snack in an open space restaurant then went to a couple of bazaars where we could buy some local products.
All in all both of the trips were great and worth the price and the time spent there.

Very concerning experience involving personal data and misleading sales practices in Turkey (Antalya region).

I provided my phone number to MTS Globe strictly for airport transfer coordination. Shortly after arriving at our hotel, I was contacted via WhatsApp by an individual who presented himself as a holiday representative.

He already knew my name and hotel, which made the situation appear legitimate. Based on this, we trusted him and booked an excursion (Dino Safari).

However, key pricing information was only disclosed after payment. For example, the lion cubs photo price was mentioned as 10€, but only later clarified as 10€ per person. This was not clearly explained beforehand, and we would not have booked if we had known the true cost.

We refused the activity due to misleading information.

Additionally, the same individual arranged a visit to a local shop, where we were pressured into purchasing items at highly inflated prices.

This raises serious concerns about how personal data is handled and whether customer contact details are being shared with third parties, enabling direct contact and sales under false representation.

This experience took place in the Antalya area and does not reflect the standards expected from a professional international company.

Die über ab-in-den-Urlaub gebuchte Pauschalreise nach Hurghada wurde vor Ort von mts gemanaged. Transfer von/zu Flughafen wurde problemlos durchgeführt. Trips wurden angeboten. Bei den von uns wahrgenommen Trips fühlten wir uns gut versorgt.

Gebucht war ein Privattransfer in Porto.
Flughafen-Hotel und retour.
Bei beiden Strecken wurden wir stehen gelassen.

Ägypten-Urlaub im Rewaya-Inn-Resort Hurghada gebucht über weloveholidays. Reiseleitung vor Ort durch Reda Abdou von MTS-GLOBE.
Alles perfekt, vom Transfer über Hotel bis zum gebuchten Ausflug: Delphin-Tour mit MTS. Perfekt organisiert, pünktliche Abholung und einen tollen Schnorchel-Ausflug erlebt. Das Boot war Klasse, das Personal ebenso, gute Verpflegung - und das zu einem echt guten Preis. Schöne kleine Gruppe und die Delphine haben uns auch besucht, wir konnten lange mit ihnen schwimmen.
Ich kann MTS nur empfehlen, sehr zu verlässig 👍👍👍

Great excursion in hurghada to Eden Island, the boat, food, and snorkelling was 10/10 I will definitely do again with the same company when I return.

Een heel toffe ervaring en goede uitleg gekregen ivm de reis van Fahim MTS. Een aanrader!

After our holiday in Albania, we had to book a taxi from our hotel to the airport, 30 mins after the agreed pickup time the driver still had not shown up. I will never use this service again, I'm disappointed and will be expecting a refund noone has money to waste like that. Worse we could have missed our flights just it just creates unnecessary pressure.

Yusouf is een zeer bekwaam adviseur, en 'strooit' niet met onzinnige touren . Adviseerd duidelijk en goed. Voor ons eem tour naar Cairo geregeld en eerlijk (en waar!) verteld hoe de tour zou gaan.
Een van de mooiste en beste excuries geweest die we ooit gehad hebben.
Er waren vele manieren, maar op advies van Yusouf de beste gekozen!

Next day when i arrived in Hurghada, we had a meeting with Fahim from MTS. He speaks Dutch and that was very nice. He explained everthing. And he helped me with making good choices about the activaties in Hurghada. Today i went to a traditional Hammam for a Clepatra experience and tomorrow i go snorkeling. Very exciter. Thank you Fahim for your advice and explenation.

Ich war im März 2026 10 Tage in Hurghada, ich habe drei Ausflüge und den Transfer mit mtsglobe durchgeführt.
Es gab keine Beanstandungen, eine gute Organisation,
Pünktlichkeit und ein Sicherheitskonzept: schnorcheln und schwimmen auf dem roten Meer. Auch der Ausflug nach Luxor war ein Höhepunkt. Danke noch mal an Herrn

wir waren mit unserer Betreuung sehr zufrieden. Elerian ist ein sehr ehrliche nette Person. Spricht super deutsch und hat uns gute und ehrliche Rios gegeben . 5 Sterne für Elerian. Der Ausflug war top und Betreuung auf dem Schiff auch super und wie versprochen auch Delphine gesehen . Danke
