I complained about loss of power after 4 months of use. Would not recharge.

Learned cables for charging had to be USB-A to USB-C. The C to C type does not work.

Overall the products are of good quality. I had a model with one missing part from the package. The company sent a replacement after a few email exchanges to identify which part it was. The instructions could usd some work as they are not the easiest to understand.

Ms. Sophia was very helpful and quick to respond.

I cannot give Moyustore a rating higher than 5. I have no complaints or issues with Moyustore at all. Their products are amazing. I have purchased something like 20 models now since 2025, and I have my eyes on more purchases in the near future. Their products are very well packed prior to shipping, and not one of my purchases has arrived damaged or with missing parts. I have to mention “Ms Sophia” too for her outstanding customer service and prompt replies to me every time I have had to contact Moyustore. She is extremely helpful. I recommend Moyustore outright to anyone wanting to get into this hobby. Thank you so much to all at Moyustore for your excellent service, and for your truly amazing models.

I was worried ordering from over seas but Sophia made the entire purchase painless. I bought two of the mechanical horses (assembled) - they showed up perfect and are cooler in real life than in the videos! A+A+

Never received my order

I love the metal models from MoYustore! The components are top quality, and the details are amazing. I accidentally damaged a couple of pieces from my mechanical dinosaur set, and Ms. Sophia from the MoYustore Team was extremely helpful in providing the replacements I needed to complete my model. A great experience, and highly recommended!

I've bought quite a few models over the couple of years. Sometimes apart will break or just be missing but the team at moyustore have always sent out a replacement part free of charge. I would absolutely recommend there service as a trusted supplier of metal models.

I needed help with a small part so I contacted the Moyustore service dept.. Sophia was very helpful and patient. She made sure exactly which part I needed and shipped it out to me. I couldn't be happier. Jeff

Overall, I had a pleasant experience. There were some damaged parts that took awhile to get replaced but only because of long distance. Once these parts were received, the build went together very well. A couple of pages in the instructions were only half printed but I could still figure out what to do. Customer service was very helpful and understanding.

I had issues with my initial build of the first car model. When I brought it up they had me indicate the part numbers on the build instructions. The parts I needed were sent to me to complete the build. Not only are the products great but the service is better.

My experience with moyustore has been excellent. Because I was new to buying from this company was worried about being scammed. But the support people assured me all was well my order was just taking time as it was new. They kept in constant contact so I have now ordered 2 more models for husband. I bought an owl oil diffuser from this shop online I was very skeptical because it was a little more expensive than what I wanted to spend on a diffuser, but it looked so cute, and it did not disappoint. I absolutely LOVE it. I works great and it is the CUTEST!! The colored lights are also a great addition. I want to buy it for my daughter but she has a bird and can't have scented oils around it.

This is without question a favorite store of mine to shop with. Moyustore have definitely helped change my life for the better. Challenging, rewarding and overall fun. Some of these models are so cool i cant even believe it. Thanks for making stuff like this available. This material is like... from another dimension or something...crazy.

I have bought and built at least a dozen models and have had so much fun with every one of them! I love a challenge and they definitely provide the models. I wish there was a reward program for repeating customers because they are not inexpensive but the quality is definitely top notch. Birthday, Christmas, mother's day and anniversary I always have one in mind I want next.

I ordered a snake head pendant that was supposed to be:

The thing was 1.2cm long or 1/2" inch. This was for a girl not for a man. Then when you try to contact them they want you to log in or create an account. These people are drop shipping from CHINA and I guarantee you they are lying their collective butts off about the products just to get a sale. This is ridiculous but par for the course coming from CHINA. Never again.

Delivery to Switzerland without any problem. 2 separate orders (anglerfish & spider with speaker) very good wrapping. Good tools. Communication with shop (Ms Sophia) top class!
USB stick with installation did not work - pdf file was sent immediately after claim plus an apology.
We would without hesitation buy again at Moyustore.

I feel like I'm more or less one of the very few who are submitting a review like this and I'm mechanically inclined.
The website states it takes around 10 hours to build which couldn't be further from the truth for me at least. Although I am a perfectionist so I want it to look exactly like they have it. This took me about 40 hours to build and thank God I bought an electric screwdriver. This is not my first metal puzzle build either. Several parts have inconsistencies with the machining, the nose/talons threading is not deep enough so the nose is loose and certain plates are not cut the same so it looks off. When handling the owl, the nuts have a tendency to come loose so I recommend using metal superglue or loctite. If you screw them too tight you risk shearing them off and sometimes you have to loosen them up to get other future steps done so it can get complicated. Lots of micro adjustments and going back to other steps to make sure future steps fit. Some steps the screw that they instruct you to use is too short so I have to forgo one or two parts to make it fit. If you screw too tight then it will take other steps out of alignment so it's a very delicate balance. Basically you gotta MacGyver your way thru some of the steps.

I requested replacement parts a week ago and they said they would provide tracking to me a week ago. Still nothing. I went and got the parts from a friend instead.

In the end, the owl came out exactly as they present it and it is a really cool looking piece. The journey to get there was just really tough.
