I received a letter today and had questions I needed answering. I spoke to Mario on the phone this morning and he explained and helped me understand what I needed to know. Mario was extremely polite and helpful and I felt no pressure to set up a payment that was not affordable for me. He listened to what I could afford and helped me set up a reasonable payment plan. Thank you again.

I noticed that they did not take payment last month and I was panicking only to find out that all my payments were done and paid in full I was not owing anything. When I made the call. I was a little frustrated after trying to communicate with Thames water, who lied on there reports. Spoke to someone called kamren, who put my mind at ease. He reassured that this payment would be shown. The whole experience was calming and straight. Liked his approach.
