The worst
The worst. My Jeep Grand Cherokee will be in the shop for more than a week, and my warranty covers a rental car. Mopar assigned me a case number, promised a call back and then never did. I've been calling 2-4 times a day, and each time a rep promises a call back or promises to connect me to the case management department before putting me on hold and then disconnecting me. I'm telling everyone I know not to buy a Jeep
Have had several electrical issues
Have had several electrical issues . Turned into retention team. Connect system works when it wants. Which mean no back up camera no cross pedestrian warning no temp reading for your heat or air , no radio, no gps and no phone connectivity. Say it doesn’t affect value, safety , because it runs and drives from a to b. So no lemon law. Their engineers can’t fix the issue. So you’re basically stuck with a new vehicle, without some safety features , connectivity and it also resets my seat settings when it acts up. . Along with other electrical issues that have been fixed but some reoccur. So disgusted with them. 50k dollar vehicle without features you pay for in the price of the vehicle. Worse customer service ever from mopar manufacturer!!!!
Worst company ever
Worst company ever. They charge a fortune for a monthly subscription and when you take your car for service you still have to pay. Even for basic service parts like a filter. Even the engineer aais the plan wasn't worth it.
When you try to cancel they make
You write a hand written letter with lots of pointless information on. They do this as no one has time for this nonsense! So not use this company

this does not connect to create an account and is totally useless
Please
Please. Do not contact this service. I have never encountered such responsibility and deception anywhere.I don't even want to give it one star. They don't even deserve that.I was told twice that the car was repaired. On February 11, I sent it in for repair. On March 18, I picked up the car unrepaired. There was only one breakdown. Replace the ABS modem. They just needed to order and install this part because when I got to them, I pointed out this problem to them. I had previously scanned my car on a scanner which showed this breakdown. On March 17, they called me a second time and said that the car had been repaired. But another failure occurred, the suspension springs and I needed to replace the modem. To which I replied that this error was not on my scanner. When I arrived on March 18, I wanted to check how they replaced the ABS modem. Nothing was done. That is, I was deceived for the second time. That's the end of my collaboration with them.
Mopar's communication has hit an all time LOW
I logged into my Mopar account to check on the past service history on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler only to find that all the history that was there concerning my Jeep had disappeared. The Garage info and my account were still visible, but the Jeep is showing 0 miles, so something has RESET everything. Checking VIN did not work either. I called the Contact number provided on the website of 1-800-399-2668 and after a 20 minute wait, the person I spoke to said she could not provide an answer and I would need to speak directly to Mopar. She then provided me the number 1-800-399-2668. I am looking at my phone and seeing that is exactly the number I called which she answered. She said that she could not assist any further and suggested I call that number again. She was nice, but no clue of what was going on. Next I tried to Chat and of course got the robot. It responded to my question concerning the history by asking if I wanted to speak to an agent and I said yes. Then it told me there was no agent available and to try back later. I had tried a Chat session hours earlier and this was my "try back later" moment. Really disappointed considering over the past 10 years things had been going great, but now there is no way to speak with anyone, unless I want to purchase something. My data is gone, and I do not see a Contact email, and the phone number is a waste of time.
Online Order
If I could give 0 I would. We ordered a part on January 14th we paid for overnight shipping. Here it is January 17th morning and still no part. Why offer overnight shipping if you can’t do it. I understand I ordered it at night so I was assuming they would overnight it from the 15th to 16th nope. It still shows USPS awaiting item. Hopefully they do what’s right and refund for the overnight shipping and just bill for regular shipping because we paid more for the shipping than the part just to get it quick. I will remember never to order from them again.
Mopar Extended Warranty: A Total Waste of Time and Money
If I could give zero stars, I would. Mopar’s extended warranty is a complete waste of time and money. Canceling it was an absolute nightmare. First off, the warranty itself is worthless. You’re better off setting aside $99 in a savings account because when your car needs repairs, Mopar will refuse to pay, claiming everything is “wear and tear.” Apparently, everything falls under that category in their book.
After two failed attempts to get claims approved on separate occasions, I decided the warranty wasn’t worth it and tried to cancel. That’s when things got even worse. They refused to cancel over the phone, demanding a handwritten, signed note (is this the 1950s?), along with a copy of my mileage from a dealership. I had to spend my own money to fax over these documents just to prove I contacted them to cancel.
To make matters worse, they continued to charge me, forcing me to cancel my debit card and file a dispute with my financial institution to stop further payments. Their entire process is unnecessarily difficult and predatory.
And as for their vehicles? Subpar at best. This experience has been so infuriating that I will never buy from Mopar or do business with them again. Save yourself the stress and avoid Mopar like the plague. They are not to be trusted.
The worst
Very, very poor service. I would do anything to not have a mopar system again. Stay away, unless you want no answers and want to pay for your repairs that they caused by their incompetence.
extend warranty cancellation terribel system
I have being trying to cancell my extend warranty purchased one year ago and the communication with Mopar agents are horrible. Do not buy extend warranty from Mopar.
I orderd a brake line for my 2014 Ram
I orderd a brake line for my 2014 Ram, I paid more money to have it shipped faster. When I got the thankyou email with the shipping confirmation they said it would take 1 or two more days possible longer to receive it, which brought right back to the longer/cheaper shipping date. (Oh well, I need the part). Two weeks go by and no shipping/tracking info. I call four times left messages to call, nothing. So I call again, while I was waiting to be connected, I pushed 0. Finally I get someone in parts. He says I’m in luck the part in there and he’ll tell the online parts store I called and to ship it. The very next day I get an email telling me the part is on back order and not available to ship for maybe over a month. So I cancelled my order and they are returning my money. Left me hanging for two weeks! Unacceptable! It was known before I ordered it that it was back ordered and they led me to believe I’d get it in two weeks! Never order from then again!
Do not use!
Review by Anonymous User I ordered a part and got the wrong part. After the final day of their 30 day return I finally called to get a shipping label. I spoke with Joe, a RMA parts Manager. He was incredibly rude, refused to discuss how mopar is at fault and hung up on me right before threatening me to negate my return at all. I would highly suggest not using these folks. Look somewhere
I had terrible experience buying from…
I had terrible experience buying from Mopar. I ordered the touch-up paint that they advertise on their website.
The picture and description of the touch-up paint that they state on their website are completely untrue from what I received, they sent me a completely different paint. They sent me the old touch-up paint design, thin as a regular pen, without an additional clear coating. And on their website they advertise a completely different the touch-up paint design is all-in-1 tool for all your touch-up repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat vehicles. The tool features an abrasive prep tip, exact-color match paint, and clear coat).
My touch-up paint what they sent me was without a clear coat. Nick the seller tried to convince me that this is a new paint that is already diluted with a clear coating.
But the clear coat layer must be applied only after the main painting and cannot be mixing with paint together during the painting. Scammers
Not honoring oil change price after purchasing the plan
I recently purchased an Essential Care Plan from Mopar.com, which includes two oil changes at any dealership. However, when I tried to book an appointment at J Star and another dealership, they told me I would have to pay an additional $40 per oil change. When I contacted Mopar, they stated that dealerships may have different rates and couldn't help me. I raised the point that I provided my VIN when purchasing the plan based on which you suggested the plan specific to my vehicle, so they should be well aware of the vehicle's requirements. Despite selling the plan directly on their website, they were not ready to honor their rates.
Mopar was useless in dealing with the…
Mopar was useless in dealing with the Jeep dealership that I repeatedly took my vehicle to for the repair of the same thing. I also had to pay a higher deductible because the second time, less than four months later, the a/c blower went out again. But now I have to use the extended warranty, which had a higher deductible. The jeep dealership, MacHaik in Ridgeland nor Mopar assumed any responsibility for the failed a/c.

They wont honor presold oil change and tire rotation on a totaled jeep. Non transferable.
Mopar now wants me to buy an extended…
Mopar now wants me to buy an extended warranty when they would not replace a steering stabilizer bar ( 2 dealers) because factory said it had to have more slack than what it did. Bought a better grade aftermarket for $10 more, stopped Al shimming. Why would I buy anything extended when you set the bar so high so you don't have to warranty within your 36,000 mole warranty? If be even dumber to buy from you people. R. W. Price ps, sure won't buy from Carlock jeep st tupelo, Ms. They will lie and tell you never been wrecked, not the one I drive now, and claim they can't find Carfax but will mail it , never do, then want to charge for front end alignment day after I bought it, took it to another dealer, said too much damage to frame. Did they offer to trade for something else, sure allowing me $10,000 less than what I have 2 days before. 'Good'peope to trade with
beat anybody's price by $500 or give you $5000. Never happen. This was about may 2021 on a 21 Mojave and I complained and no one listened, I'm done with Carlock and no more jeeps.
