The ethos behind the brand is to offer high quality garments at a modest price point, making each collection accessible to the community in both affordability and wear ability. MKI’s versatile collections aim to cover a complete wardrobe, with pieces designed to transition season after season. [M-K-I MEE-YOU-KEY ZO-KU] MKI takes their name from a youth tribe formed during the summer of ’64 in Ginza, Japan. Names after their storefront loitering on Miyuki Street, the Miyuki-Zoku were the first Japanese to adopt Ivy League style. The group (Zoku) created mass hysteria amongst the conservative population, with their forward thinking attitude and revolutionary style of dress; the streetwear of its time. The MKI Team continue to ta inspiration from the ideology the Miyuki-Zoku was founded upon, channelling the groups attitude toward fashion, styling and culture; in turn cultivating a new age community. Not worth the money.
Really disappointed in how this item came to me. The packaging was terrible, it was ripped in numerous places (could be the fault of Royal Mail but different material could have been used). The item was severely creased & will need to be steamed. I expect some creasing from transit but this looks like it has just come out of a washing machine! The item is nice but not worth £90.

All of our items are sent in 100% recyclable, sustainably source mailing bags which are both robust and water resistant to protect your items in transit. We shall flag the issue you have raised with our delivery partners to ensure this issue does not happen again.
Due to how our items are shipped, it is a common occurrence that a soft item such as a shirt or unlined jacket can become creased in transit. This does not affect the quality of the item and a steam or iron will quickly remove any creases.

Very disappointed with the Leeds shop
Very disappointed with the Leeds shop . My sons regularly buy from here and recently my son bought 2 pairs of shorts . He’s a university student so it was a lot for him to spend . We specifically asked if there would be a sale soon and they said they didn’t think so ( and it was the manager who said that ) . 3 DAYS later a sale was announced and both shorts were in it with a 25 pound reduction on both . My sons regularly buy went to see if he could return them and replace with sale item and even offered to spend the difference in store . He had lost the receipt but could show on his bank account app the transaction . They said no because no receipt and also a one week return policy …this is such terrible customer service . Very frustrating. You’ve lost 2 very loyal customers

V2 Shell Hooded Jacket
This jacket lost its waterproofing after a single gentle hand wash. I followed the provided (and vague) cleaning instructions, yet water now soaks through easily and leaks like a sieve. Customer service offered little help, deflecting responsibility onto me instead of addressing a clear product failure. After only about five dry wears, one light rain wear, and one wash, it no longer performs anywhere near its advertised claims. Would strongly not recommend this product, or any product from them, after this experience.

I can see our team offered assistance to you via email, as with any DWR water and windproof jacket the garment has an applied coating on the fabric which can deteriorate over wear, but can be re-applied to maintain the garments 100% waterproof quality.
With the washing of the Shell Jackets we suggest to use a detergent specifically designed for technical fabrics, our dedicated team is always on hand to offer our customers advice or assistance with care instructions for any of our garments.

We noted your order at 10:33pm on Friday evening, for a Saturday delivery. Our cut-off for next-day delivery is 2:00p.m, which is stated on the website in the shipping section.
Any orders placed between Friday 2.01pm – Monday morning, fall into Monday’s shipping, for next-day delivery, on Tuesday.
Our customer service email isn’t monitored during weekends, and you should have received an auto-notification in response to your email outlining this.

Delivery took 9 days
My order was next day delivery but ended up being 9 days in the end. So wish I never paid for that in the end.
