The ethos behind the brand is to offer high quality garments at a modest price point, making each collection accessible to the community in both affordability and wear ability. MKI’s versatile collections aim to cover a complete wardrobe, with pieces designed to transition season after season. [M-K-I MEE-YOU-KEY ZO-KU] MKI takes their name from a youth tribe formed during the summer of ’64 in Ginza, Japan. Names after their storefront loitering on Miyuki Street, the Miyuki-Zoku were the first Japanese to adopt Ivy League style. The group (Zoku) created mass hysteria amongst the conservative population, with their forward thinking attitude and revolutionary style of dress; the streetwear of its time. The MKI Team continue to ta inspiration from the ideology the Miyuki-Zoku was founded upon, channelling the groups attitude toward fashion, styling and culture; in turn cultivating a new age community. The site offered a 10% discount if the app was downloaded and order placed. Downloaded the app and it did not give the promo code so was unable to progress. This resulted in purchasing off the website rather than the app and was going to purchase matching tee shirt but did not progress. Customer digital experience is not where it should be and needs to be improved in the above area

Very poor! I am going away and paid for next day delivery yesterday yet this was not met when I ordered at 9:50am. The website outlines a 2pm cut off. Really lacklustre service

Recently bought the Uniform Zip Hoodie and the Wide Leg Joggers in black. Very warm and comfortable, also very good quality.
My only issue is the zip, it feels very stiff and clunky when zipping and unzipping.
Please improve this in future, I really like your brand and don't want to see it held back by somewhat minor but also very annoying issues.

Used to love this brand
Used to love this brand, but they have messed up their neck and waist measurements really badly, I'm a thin usually M-L and with L sweats they are literally cutting into my waist
The neck hole on the T-shirts I bought isn't even wide enough to get my head through despite the body fitting perfectlyz
Has their factory messed up the sizes or is this bad product design intentional?

New styles have been introduced as of SS/25, which may not match the description of past styles that you have purchased.
