Jessica Kemp was my point of contact throughout the transaction even though we had a long chain and it took a few months to complete Jess was always on hand with a update and chasing up the chain for info.

I’ve had really great service from Jamie for a number of viewings that I’ve had with Minors & Brady. I just wanted to leave this feedback as he’s been really friendly and has helped with any and all questions which I have had which is really appreciated!

We had 4 valuations done in one day from different estate agents Tristan from minors & Brady impressed the most was down to earth & didn’t give us any false illusions. Once the property was sold then had Jessica Kemp who explained in normal terms what was happening & kept us informed all the way through to completion she didn’t rush/push when she rang she was just there in this day and age that is a rare thing as they say courtesy & civility goes a long way manners cost nothing so too all the staff at M&B thank you very much & carry on doing what you are doing coz it works

Anya Bunn was brilliant at keeping us up to date on our purchase. She called regularly with comprehensive updates and was always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Really satisfied with my experience with holly, she communicated brilliantly regarding my moving out situation and made everything as smooth and easy as possible.

Minors and Bradley have been incredibly efficient throughout my time renting with them. From the seamless initial move-in process to handling repair work, they have been consistently supportive and swift to resolve any issues.

Selling a house and moving is a stressful part of your life. But I have to say Claire Wilson is absolutely fantastic, 200 miles away, I had atleast one or two phone calls each week from Claire with updates and the progression. I spoke to Claire more than my local agent estate. Claire would ring and speak to all the solicitors involved in the chain and keep ontop of the move. Its a rare thing in my experience to sit down with an estate agent and have a frank and realistic conversation about the value of a property.

Having gone through the process of purchasing a property through Minors & Brady, my point of contact was Louise-Jane Simms. Louise-Jane was responsive to any questions and provided weekly updates throughout the whole process. I would recommend Minors and Brady based on my experience with Louise-Jane.

I have just secured (hopefully) a house purchased through Minors and Brady. I have viewed other homes with them before and found them to be easy to deal with, professional and helpful. I would like to mention Aiden and Finlay who showed me around two different properties. Both helpful, friendly, polite and importantly, to me anyway, on time! Always pleasant, always friendly and super helpful. When our sale hit a huge snag four days from the planned moving date, they worked their socks off to keep it viable and seeing it over the finish line a week or so later. They truly go the extra mile and having used M&B previously that is why it was a ‘no brainer’ decision to use them again. We recently had an offer accepted on a property through Minors & Brady, which we are purchasing as an investment.

A special mention must go to Liam, the manager of the Unthank office in NR2, who consistently went above and beyond throughout the process. His communication was excellent, he was highly responsive, and he even managed to arrange last-minute viewings for us.
