Having gone through the process of purchasing a property through Minors & Brady, my point of contact was Louise-Jane Simms. Louise-Jane was responsive to any questions and provided weekly updates throughout the whole process. I would recommend Minors and Brady based on my experience with Louise-Jane.

I have just secured (hopefully) a house purchased through Minors and Brady. I have viewed other homes with them before and found them to be easy to deal with, professional and helpful. I would like to mention Aiden and Finlay who showed me around two different properties. Both helpful, friendly, polite and importantly, to me anyway, on time! A thank you to Lloyd for being available at short notice and nothing being too much trouble. I want to thank Adelaide for being so cheerful, easy to deal with by telephone and dealing with the negotiation very professionally. Well done one and all! Now let’s get this sale to completion!!!

We recently had an offer accepted on a property through Minors & Brady, which we are purchasing as an investment.

A special mention must go to Liam, the manager of the Unthank office in NR2, who consistently went above and beyond throughout the process. His communication was excellent, he was highly responsive, and he even managed to arrange last-minute viewings for us.

Liam is a genuinely lovely person to deal with, and his helpful, proactive approach made the whole process much easier for everyone involved. We would not hesitate to recommend him and the Minors & Brady team.

Brooklyn was amazing, kept us updated of what was happening, always called us back.

Had a great experience with Aysegul purchasing two properties through minors & Brady. The whole process was made very easy.

There were many issues with our sale; it fell through completely, then we immediately attracted another buyer, but this got to the exchange part and fell apart, i was very angry with Minor's and Brady, but the reality was that it wasn't their fault, whatsoever.
Claire and Kyle then set about to get the sale back on. After 4 days of negotiations with the whole chain, they managed to salvage the whole chain, and the sales all went ahead. This wouldn't have happened without the extra mile that was put in by both Kyle and Claire.
Selling a house is very stressful and emotional. These people really did their best, and I would be happy to recommend Minors and Brady. We are obviously very pleased with the outcome after 7 long months.

The referencing process was quite long and difficult (due to my circumstances), but Sam Carpenter was really helpful and supportive throughout.

They received 3 offers to rent the property within a week of the property going on to the rental market and the renting out to our new tenants went with minimum fuss. We have purchased a property listed with Minors and Brady and are just about to complete. We have been delighted with the service we have received and would therefore be happy to use them in the future or recommend others to use them.

We are moving from outside of the area and Minors and Brady were really helpful in arranging viewings. When we found the right house and had our offer accepted, we were passed over to the after sales team. We were assigned to Aysegul and she has been amazing!
