Genuinely the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. You maybe thinking with right move and Zoopla what am I paying an estate agent for? Well I’ll tell you: Minors and Brady photos are excellent the photographer will stay as long as you need and even redid some photos again once the sun came out. Have a look online and I bet the house that catch you eye are minors and Brady. But the real reason to choose them comes once you have found a buyer and/or a house you want to buy. The sales progression team are genuinely mean difference of months of stress and delays. We all know how bad the solicitors are when moving house. The team will chase them for you and hold them to account. The progression team are on your side, knowledgeable and professional. They are the reason you should choose this estate agent over all others. Particularly Aysegul, without whom i don’t think we would have ever moved!!!

Jessica from Minors and Brady was a great help when I was buying a house through them. She was really helpful when I had a panic after reading the Survey for the house and was considering what to do next. My house move went ahead this week.

I'd like to thank a few people at Minors&Brady for their continual assistance and good communication. Firstly Holly because she fast tracks any maintenance issues we have at the property and that's just fantastic and needed because we live in an old building from the Victorian era so it needs regular maintenance so thank you Holly for the assist/support.

I'd also like to extend thanks to Emma and Darcy too as they both communicate regularly with us and also see to property inquires and management. Generally the people at Minors&Brady who do the ground work and liason with tenants are golden. So cheers to you all, you know who you are x

Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely professional, special mentions for James who carried out the valuation, Joe who made a visit to my parents to get the agreement signed and Lara the aftersales progressor. 4 weeks from offer to exchange of contracts, can't ask for much more than that!

Have enjoyed a smooth overall experience with M&B, especially Brooklyn during the tenancy application and contract process. He's polite and helpful.

We dealt with this company as buyers and were singularly unimpressed. In the earlier stages of purchasing a house through them they did not always respond and throughout the process nothing happened unless we took the initiative. They seemed uninterested in the purchase - and this in a relatively quiet market. They were unhelpful unless one put pressure on them. When we arrived at their offices to collect the keys - two hours after completion!- they had not yet updated their system, and did not know that completion had taken place. If this is how they treat buyers one wonders how they deal with sellers. We would definitely never use them.

I viewed a property for claire spreadbury and connor was so accommodating and professional it was a very pleasant experience!!!
