Great personal helpful service as I had a few things I wanted moving around, so I told the cashier Jen Zemlia and she sorted it all out for me. Best service of any bank or building society I've ever used and that applies to all the staff there.

Emma was very helpful and friendly as well as professional. She was able to guide me through the steps required to get registered for online banking.

I was served by the delightful Claire Reedman who was very efficient and professional. Thank you.

We went into Market Harborough to open an Account and was welcomed by Rachel who was extremely helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable even though she was in training she was very confident, we felt the whole visit was a easy and really friendly.
We had come from a distance and had spoken beforehand to the call centre who contacted the branch to let them know we where coming, great service all round.

Visited with my elderly aunt today. Laura was very, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Dealt with our queries very efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

A great building society. They answer the phone quickly and the staff are patient, helpful, knowledgable and friendly.

I wanted to check my account online but had forgotten my security details so phoned the helpline and spoke to Alicia. She was very helpful and patient, I am not the most competent online but was talked through the process in a very calm manner, not rushing me and ensuring I was happy every step of the way.

I have used this building society for a few years now and have always been impressed with the staff, both on the telephone and in branch.

Wow! Not only do they have a great interest rate on offer but they have terrific customer service. I called the number and spoke to an actual person- she was extremely helpful and polite. Their website is easy enough to use but being unsure about online things, I called them again….same old fashioned customer service. I’m so impressed and glad I went with MHBS!

Went into the Desborough branch today to pay in some money and was served by Jay. She was very friendly & helpful & suggested the new Regular Saver for me to look at as a good acct.

Very, very good customer service, with response times often just a few minutes. Very competitive rates along with outstanding customer service, especially from Alicia make this a notable financial establishment. Recommended.

The lady I was talking to on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. Even when she couldn't get the result she was trying for, she remained upbeat and positive and organised a work around. A very positive experience.
