Ha scritto innumerevoli recensioni negative contro di Noi senza dare nemmeno una volta un riferimento valido. Non ha fornito nemmeno il presunto numero di ordine. Chi pretende una risposta deve fornire i dati relativi alle sue accuse. Siamo qui per offrire un ottimo servizio a tutti i ns clienti, e se Lei aspetta un servizio da Noi deve fornire il numero di ordine. Non tolleriamo i millantatori e chi si nasconde dietro una tastiera facendo recensioni false con l'intenzione di danneggiare .Quindi per l'ennesima volta la intimiamo a smettere altrimenti saremo costretti a prendere provvedimenti piu` severi.

Misleading Product
Stainless steel bracelet I bought came with the wrong size watch pins and the metal ends that connect to the watch and bracelet were not the original pieces and are wrong size. I have 2 medium size gaps between bracelet and watch.

Unhelpful Customer Service
I ordered a watch strap based upon specs listed on their website. It turns out the specs listed were incorrect. I realized this upon receipt of the strap and asked for a refund and a prepaid shipping label to return the strap. Their customer service repeatedly and willfully refused to accept any evidence that they had made an error - misrepresenting photo evidence and making ridiculous claims about "tolerances". It is impossible to confuse an 18mm watch buckle for a 20mm watch buckle - no matter how hard you try - and they tried very hard.

Initially, we did not receive this information, and only later it became clear that the strap had been purchased specifically for the buckle rather than for use as a complete strap.
Our intention throughout was to understand the situation correctly and provide the appropriate solution. Once clarified, we of course arranged a return for you.

MIT had all of the straps I was looking…
MIT had all of the straps I was looking for, none of the other suppliers did. Order was placed on a Sunday and by Wednesday I had my watch straps. That's from Rotterdam to South Africa in less than 3 days... EXCELLENT service!

Manufacturing defect of Seiko leather strap
The Seiko strap I ordered literally came apart at the seams before the first wear. The glue that binds the tan-coloured 'calf' piece (that comes in contact with the skin) separated from the 'proper' outer wrist band. I'm so disappointed I can't wear it. I have photos but I don't see an option to upload them. The delivery was however prompt and hassle free.
