I had a problem with a defect on one of the watch straps sent, and also - on the same day - a Royal Mail Express delivery error with a second strap that I bought as a gift but which failed to arrive.

I have purchased from WatchGecko before and had no problems with their excellent straps.

Both problems were quickly resolved, and communication being both prompt and empathetic went a long way to mitigating the frustration and disappointment I felt. Thank you.

I purchased a leather bracelet from their website (from France). It was a range offering various color options (handmade Italian leather - chocolate brown - £75). I chose a dark chocolate version, but upon receiving it, the color was clearly not the one I ordered and corresponded to a different option.
Customer support informed me that some variation in shade is possible and that I could return the item at my own expense (£19).
Paying an extra £19 only to receive nothing is hardly acceptable.

This is just my experience; I may have just had bad luck.

Very disappointing experience as I have dealt with this company many times over the last decade. Ordered a strap which was delivered promptly but too small for the watch - not in any lug measurement but ergonomically it didn’t sit right with the he head of the watch.

I sent the strap back for a refund and a few days later was informed the goods needed to be ‘examined’ and a refund would be issued within 21 days after examination. A week later I have no idea if the strap has been ‘examined’ and no idea when a refund will be issued. This is pretty bad as refunds can be issued the same day as goods are received back - it’s not a tech Issue at all, it’s administrative and something built in to retain funds to aid cash flow by a business. For the sake of transparency my order number is wg360825.

For anyone seeking the security of returns and refunds, take note.

None enough strap for them price but started falling to pieces after two days and I've tried to get customers support but get no response.

Amazing customer service. They replaced a $100 strap (without me having to return the original) because putting it on my short-lugged watch with straight springbars resulted in some permanent, dark dents on the both ends of the strap. That was not their fault, the issue was objectively minor (though it bugged the heck out of me), I was well out of the return window, and they still replaced it after I explained the issue and asked for an exception to the return policy.

I can’t attest to the strap’s longterm durability at this point, but it looks great (now on curved springbars to avoid the previous issue) and it’s the most comfortable strap I’ve experienced.

I bought an end of the line / demonstrator Aquastar Benthos 500 (chronograph). Ordered on Tuesday and delivered on Thursday. Not only did it come with the rubber strap and a NATO, it also came with a beads of rice bracelet that I thought I would have to pay extra for from Aquastar. Also, included was a Watchgecko strap change tool, cleaning cloth, lug width ruler and various other branded merchandise that was a very welcome surprise. Top company and highly recommended.

Previously I'd ordered a Sinn 104 watch from CWSellors on a 4-6 week lead time. I cancelled this on week 17 of being palmed off by them. Shambles!

I saw the same watch I wanted in Watch Gecko and started the buying process. A little bit of haggling and confirmation that the ONLY sell what they have in stock! Deal done late Monday afternoon watch paid for, sent Tuesday morning arrived Wednesday morning! You certainly can't complain about that.
Watch is perfect. All new. Stickered up and totally as expected.

I also got a pack of goodies too, making the buying experience just that bit nicer.

I love the straps and Octopod system, bought a beautiful watch too. The quality, speed of delivery and thoughtful extra touches, like cleaning clothes, stickers, drinks mats and even more with larger purchases are like the cream on top.

After a problem with the first strap I ordered (came out in a rash despite no history of skin problems) my complaint was dealt with quickly and kindly and I was provided with a new one that was priced higher at no extra cost. Things can always go wrong with orders but how they’re dealt with is the sign of a good business and I was delighted with how this was resolved. Thank you to Beth for her help. I’d definitely recommend the site to others and will order from them again.

Great service and lovely range of straps in the all too important to me, 19mm size. I've always fancied a replacement watch strap for the 19mm lugs on my vintage Zenith watch and have procrastinated for far too long! I visited local jewellers and watchmakers and none stocked 19mm wide straps. So I started reseaching online and made the decision to go with WatchGecko and I'm really glad I did. The strap is superb quality and the service I received from Natasha was beyond reproach. Previously I rarely wore the Zenith with it's 1970's leather strap, but now with the WatchGecko sailcloth strap, the mix of vintage and contemporary is simply knock out and I now wear the watch most days. So 11/10 overall score and I wish WatchGecko continued success in this challenging world of commerce we live in today - unreservedly recommended!

Been after a decent metal strap for my Zeppelin LZ126 for a while, after reading reviews decided to buy the classic style stainless steel milanese mesh watch strap 22mm. Very impressed with the fit and the feel.

Excellent company with a wide selection of watches, watch straps accessories. Always had great customer service whenever enquiring about an item. To my disbelief I have just won their competition prize of a ‘Watch Collectors Bundle’ which is amazing. So a big thank you to them. People do actually win competitions!

WatchGeko had the watch I wanted at the cheapest price on the internet, shipping was fast and they sent some thoughtful extras. I’m over the moon with my watch and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

J'ai acheté 2 bracelets octopod, inutilisables car je n'ai pas acheté le système buckle indispensable (100€ pour une attache en métal, tout de même...). Pas d'indication au préalable comme quoi cet accessoire me serait indispensable
