Excellent service and a fast response
I contacted Mark to arrange for him to come and have a look at a notebook computer that wouldn't start. He responded immediately, and arranged a visit within a few days. He gave the notebook a very thorough check, and came up with some suggestions which will help me to be able to use it again. He was helpful and attentive as I explained the problem, and I recommend him and would definitely use his services again.

Mark replaced my aio cooler on my gaming pc and did a great job with both the install and helping me with options and recommendations - very happy and satisfied with all the service and will be going back when I’m ready to upgrade my pc.

Fantastic service
I’m delighted with the service I received from Mark’s Micros. I contacted Mark after being unable to access over twenty years worth of photos and videos on my hard drive. I am so grateful that he was able to successfully recover all my files. I would definitely recommend using Marks Micros.

Contacted Mark on the 8th Jan' 2025…
... regarding the slowness of my old laptop. Once he knew the model he quickly identified the problem and suggested fitting a new SSD drive. Using his collect and return "cloning" service, he returned it to me a few days later, running as good as new. It was a pleasure to do business with Mark, I will certainly use him again.

Fixed software installation & syncing
Mark responded within an hour and arranged a home visit, he arrived really promptly and resolved several software problems incl syncing laptop & phone. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Sorted Laptop
Very professional, knowledgeable about all computer issues cured all the computer problems and advised me about getting another mouse as the touch pad wasn't working ( Touch pad now working)
Also advised me about ink cartridges for my printer
