Mark provided exactly the service I was looking for.

I'd like to thank Mark for the upgrade to my HP pavilion all in one widows computer. He cloned the SSD drive and replaced it with a larger one so windows is now updating. He is very informative and let's you know what he is doing and what I could do for myself in future upgrades, not like some engineers whom can be quite secretive.

Mark came to my Desktop to sort out why it had begun to run slowly and occasionally had the blue screen error shutdowns.
He quickly ascertained the lack of Hard drive memory required for my usage and replaced the drive with a much larger one and also increased the available ram.
The improvement was evident.
Marks knowledge of computers is remarkable.

Following my initial call Mark came out the next day, looked at my 9 year old Windows10 laptop, identified what has been causing my problems (had for quite a long time), listened to my requirements and clearly explained what options there were for me to move forward.
Once I had asked him to go ahead to replace the battery and hard drive, he collected it one afternoon and delivered it back the next afternoon. I can’t believe the difference – he was right, it’s like new!
All this and his pricing was very reasonable.
It’s so comforting to have a local, friendly, expert engineer to call on in the future.

Mark is a very nice guy, who knows everything there is to know about PC's. I was amazed. He quickly saw that my PC needed a new hard drive. Brilliant service. Repaired the laptop screen onsite and very reasonable charges.

Mark upgraded my air cooler & installed a contact frame on my gaming pc did a great job. No longer have any overheating issues while gaming & getting 20C drop in temperatures while gaming. I would recommend anyone to him & will be using him again. Very pleased with the service.

Mark came to look at my old PC, and gave me some excellent advice whilst sorting out my machine. Because my PC was too old to have Windows 11, he suggested that I might consider a refurb ( as I use my PC very little), rather than spend too much money on my current PC. He has now supplied that and it works wonderfully well. Mark was very courteous, prompt and knowledgable. I will be recommending he to anyone who may need help with their computer.
